Cameron had an early fascination for obscure and some would say, macabre objects. He remembered coming upon a nearly complete skeleton of an owl during one of his childhood forest explorations. Fascinated, he spent hours inspecting it. He crouched on the soft ground, examined the bones, their structure, how they tied together and worked to shape what used to be a living, flying creature.
