About this ebook

Philip Soulden is one of the wealthiest men in England. However, he is common-born, a fact that brings no small measure of annoyance to his fiancée Caroline Wynn's father, the snobbish (but poor) Viscount of Cambridgeshire. Even if Caroline were a commoner like Philip, she would still be far too good for him. Of course, that doesn't make him any less determined to make her his wife.

When Caroline learns about the truth of her birth, his plans to wed her are put in jeopardy. However, Lady Wynn will discover that Philip always gets what he wants, and what he wants is her…

Claiming Lady Wynn is a sexy short story that may contain historical inaccuracies but definitely contains an obsessed alpha male and a happy ending! If you can get with that, enjoy!

When I manage to tear myself away from taking Buzzfeed quizzes and watching unhealthy amounts of TV, I write romance and smut. My works feature alpha males, sexy times, and/or my sarcastic sense of humor. I hail from Cleveland, aka the best freaking city in the world, and believe LeBron James is the perfect human being. Despite all of my efforts, I have never truly been able to quit caffeine. My problematic favorites include Taylor Swift and Gone with the Wind. I love to hate/hate to love k-dramas. If I say I’m on a diet, I’m just lying to you and myself. One of these days, I'm going to get hypertension from an excess of salt, both literal and figurative. If I'm awkward around you, I probably don't know what to say to you and/or I think you're hot. And despite what anyone says, Forrest Gump so deserved that Oscar over Pulp Fiction.

Philip Soulden glanced up from his papers as his butler Simon entered the room.

Mr. Soulden, the Viscount of Cambridgeshire is here to see you, Simon said.

Philip raised his eyebrows. Why was his fiancée’s father here? Although Philip adored his fiancée Caroline Wynn, he couldn’t say the same for her father. Viscount Wynn looked down on him because he had been born poor without a single drop of blue blood. Philip looked down on the viscount because he had been fortunate enough to be born into great wealth yet had squandered it due to foolish investments and a fondness for gambling.

However, it was because of the viscount’s lack of wealth that he had allowed Caroline to accept Philip’s proposal. He was a snob who hated anything to do with the common-born, but he hated being destitute even more. So when Philip, a wealthy shipping tycoon, had proposed to Caroline, the viscount had offered his reluctant blessing. Although Caroline was beautiful, she lacked a dowry, so no nobleman of means would ever marry her.
