We as human beings in this world of abundance we are luxury to grab things we need to live in comparison to the first people living on earth. The human body is like one of the many planets such as the earth which containing water, skins, flesh, and overall the anatomy. Similar to human body, productive earth must have the four elements: water, fire, air and soil. The difference between planet earth and human body is that human speaks a language with words, but planet earth speaks a language without words but through the cycle and movement of air, water, fire and soil. The movements of its cycles speak for itself for human to understand the needs of its elements. In a human body, there are many universes within. Understanding of SELF, PHYSIC and THOUGHT Universes is the knowing of ourselves of who we are and what’s within us and what we gather within our mind would help us to possess power to sort, and select positivity, and healthy living here on earth of plenty.

Introduction

Due to confusion between reality, fantasy and the work of spirituality this book is about understanding between our physical body and spiritual world which I called the The Two Universes of Self. There are times we are dis-engage within our Two Universes of Self. It is and it has been that self- isolation will always be and still exist within our beings. The Thought and Physic must re-engage and communicate each other to understands what’s in the mind of each other. Understanding between reality, fantasy, and the spiritual world limits the misunderstanding of the Two Universes of Self. Thus, our thoughts and physical body functions may produce healthy outcome of who we are on this planet earth. Self-isolation creates havoc to Physics and Thoughts. Such as Thought against Physic or vise versa isolating one another could create confusion and chaos resulting in disobedience.

This book will humanly explain the Two Universes of Self for the readers to understand that our actions, decisions, bad and good choices, healthy choices, and perception here on earth and the environment affects the Two Universes of Self. However, to be able to distinguish the two Universes of the Self a person is for a moment must intently isolate the Physic and the Thought to understand individually. Then, you will be able to analyze on why and how we as humans would put them together and try to balance due to the need of each universes of the Self. Our actions and choices in life from each Universe, the Physic, and Thought affect the Self (you).

The first Universe is what I called the Thought or Intangible world, and the second Universe of Self is what I called the Physic or Tangible world. In scientific words we call these two Universes of Self, the body and the brain with lots of neurons categorizes as neurological connection. In the world of intangible or shall I say the spiritual world we called them the Body, the Spirit and the Soul. Later on you will see the definition between the Spirit and Soul. Why the Spirit and Soul differs its meaning. In addition, we let our Two Universes owned by The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Our body is a Temple of our Holy Spirit. Now, I added Holy Spirit instead of just Spirit itself. Therefore, later on you will see why these two, the Spirit and Soul differs from each other therefore, I added Holy after the word Spirit in order to connect the word Soul.

The reasons I called these two the Universes of the Self Thought and Physic because it maybe very easy to humanly understand to call them that way due to when we were first educated from Kindergarten to High School we learned human body. In this passage, I will explain the humanistic, scientific and the religionific of the Two Universes and the Self. Remember, whatever we feed in our Thought (the mind) affects our Physics (the body). Because our body is in one which we all know in Catholicism religion, the priest would say, the body of Christ, the father, the holy spirit, and are in three persons. When you picture something within your mind you will remember and will be within your mind forever. Unless, you intentionally forget it and this visual image will be gone. That’s how powerful the Thought is and therefore whatever you visually develop in your mind, the Two Universes of the Self are affected.

Chapter 1

Understanding the Two Universes of Self

The human body is like one of the many planets such as the earth. A human body contains water, skins, flesh, neurons, etc. Although I am not a biology major, you know what I mean. Similar to human body, productive earth must have the four elements: water, fire, air and soil we called earth. The difference between planet earth and human body is that human speaks a language with words, but planet earth speaks a language without words but through the cycle and movement of air, water, fire and soil. The movements of its cycles speak for itself for human to understand the needs of its elements. In a human body, there are many universes within.

For example, the main Two Universes of self: Physic, and the Thought. The Physic is like earth which the content of the physic is the vast thought we humanly say the thinking of the mind. The thinking of the mind has many elements containing lots of subjects. The mind can visualize the whole world. The words we speak from our mouth creates image to someone who heard your words coming from your mouth. Words illustrates the meaning of who you are and shape your imagination through your words and illustrates the action and therefore its visible to visualizing the words from your thoughts through your mouth. The physic is to visualize the image of your words, and act on it. Our mind or the Thought Universe I called it is so vast. Our Thought Universe or mind is the source of successes and failures. Reasoning, thinking and decisions are our tool to go forward with successes or failures.

The mind is the Thought Universe spaceship to connect with the Physic. Due to vast and heavy cargo of the mind, confusion and chaos can occur. If a person is unable to sorts the right and wrong within the Thought Universe the good and the bad of the mind’s cargo, therefore the visualization and its input of the mind will become confusing and contamination occurs. These visualizations and its input will be communicated with the Physic affecting the Self Universe. Thus, we have laws, rules and regulations, education, and sharing of search knowledge, and pure knowledge. The search knowledge is the knowing base on theory but none factual. The pure knowledge is the knowledge proven by facts. Therefore, when it comes to misinformation, assumptions, and speculations sharing knowledge of none factual and pure knowledge to someone will be too confusing and maybe contaminated.

Educating yourself in scientific and spiritual forms will help you to see the three reasons why you must know thy SELF. To better understand both universes I intently name these two mystical universes the Self (the temple, you), Physic (its Tangible), and the Thought (its Intangible) Universes. The Thought contains Soul and Spirit. Soul and Spirit cannot be seen. The content of the Physic is the three elements such as liquid, air, and its neurons and anatomies. Similar to Earth contains air, water, soil and fire. Depending on how and what type of explanation are conveyed, I may frequently
