Concept of  Interactive Novel Writing Contest

TRADITIONAL FORM OF writing a novel is based on an author’s imagination and the plot and is based on how the author wants to take the reader through the journey. In this format, the reader has no option but to follow the author’s journey. Wouldn’t it be nice if the reader can decide what course of action the characters of the story take?

You will be given a short story as a prompt and you have to submit your story based on the given prompt. There will be a total of 10 prompts and the best stories will be culminated into an interactive novel. Each prompt will have multiple questions, each question suggesting a different direction the story can go into. You can pick up any question to write their story. Readers will be able to navigate through the best five submissions selected for each prompt in any combination thus traversing multiple variations of the same base story.

Opening

THE MOUNTAINS AND BOULDERS were telling the stories thousands of years age old. In the full moon night the song of crickets and nocturnal animals was enchanting and romantic. Cool breeze created the musical world inside the wood, trees and leaves dancing softly with its rhythm. 

A courageous horse rider emerged from the darkness as if from some legendary lyre or mythological world.

The impossibly beautiful face of the man could shy away the beauty of the moon.. 

Could he be a serial killer..? Not imaginable!!

I love Egypt n Egyptology and Jordan from pre historic nations and of course I long for scuba diving at caribbean n if possible in times of ancient Rome and Greece.. U got my point ..I m a writer and an avid reader ..more into SciFi..my dear..I have a tourist's soul in me and I wish to see everything even the whole universes with my spouse ..I have only travelled for umrah visit to Saudia n also India otherwise just inside my country Pakistan..
