Shuayb Greenaway
Shuayb Greenaway (born 4 February 1978) is an African American business leader and the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of Region Authority Corporation, a provider of telecom networking and information technology (IT) services and training that is headquartered in Philadelphia PA. Under Greenaway's stewardship, Region Authority Corporation, a member of the African American Chamber of Commerce, has emerged as a frontline 5G telco that acquired a reputation for community engagement during the Covid-19 pandemic of 2020. The devastating 2020 Covid-19 pandemic and its disproportionate impact on poor and marginalized communities in the US, including African Americans, prompted Greenaway to donate over 20,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) kits through Region Authority Corporation. These were distributed to front line healthcare workers and local social-service organizations such as the Salvation Army, the Good News Community Kitchen, the Kappa Foundation, the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, the Isabella Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, the King of Kings Foundation, the Prince William County Community Foundation, the Harlem Children's Zone, the Children's Hospital, Philadelphia, and the Shriners Hospitals for Children. In an interview to Mobile World Live, a leading B2B news website (Alexa ranking 15,7304 on 16 November 2020) of the global mobile industry, Greenaway said, The people at these organisations are the front line of defense and a light of hope. It is my pleasure to be able to contribute to the community through your organisations. About the fight against Covid-19, he said: We must act in solidarity. We must be guided by science and grounded in reality. We have seen when leadership goes in opposite directions. The virus is multi-directional.

Preface
The world has changed forever. Our world is no longer simple. Now 5G & 6G has connected E-government, health and medical services globally. We previously enjoyed various flavors of wireline and 2G voice services. We are at the apex of exciting times. The evolution of smart devices and the evolution of internet mobile communications has created an interconnected world. Covid 19 had exposed area’s of vulnerability in humanity. Over the past few years, diversity has continued being recognized and has become the most used and utilized resource by big companies and institutions. In so many researches done in the past, it is evident that diversity has not been utilized to its maximum in many organizations. It has also been proved that employees have been outcast by their employers, thus leading them to have a negative attitude towards their workplaces, jobs, and even the management of their respective workplaces. Some of the employees’ attitudes have been shown through high absenteeism, very low morale of jobs, and other things that lead to the employees quitting their jobs in their workplaces. To understand how diversity determines excellence in the performance of individuals and the organization, there is a need to develop a framework that engages even the employees. The objective is to develop a framework that provides rigorous theoretical evidence for its ability to determine excellence through diversity-inclusiveness.
Methods and Procedures of Management Regarding the Effect Of COVID-19 Pandemic On International Management of Telecommunications & 5G
Abstract
This research is conducted for a detailed recommendation report based on the areas of interest and priority of the organization as specified for understanding the context of various methods and procedures implemented by the Telecommunications industry during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The coronavirus COVID-19 was declared a global health pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020 following the widespread terror, concerns of community contraction and loss of human lives in a short span of time. The main motive of the report is to give an overview of the underlying challenges and hardships faced by the telecom industry due to the unexpected effects of the pandemic. It also discusses the scope of new technologies and how they aided in the battle of ‘flattening the curve’ of the COVID-19 cases globally. This report compiles the findings and recommendations based on the areas of interest that are crucial for maximum success of the telecom industry post pandemic.
This report was commissioned by Region Authority Corporation and they hold the intellectual property rights for it.
