Stephen J Rand  examines  the deep  secrets and more and more it leads to a crime and virus  espionage  committed  in  a  grand  scale - in the precincts of the infamous lab – and what we learn at the highest  of the office  are deeply involved.

Is  Stephen  successful in bringing out the real  story? As that will be the most authentic one. And the impact will be huge on the  Chinese  establishment and embarrassing for the Chinese people , and may stroke a revolution.

A silent revolution led by the Tibetans and Uighurs is threatening to tear the PlA Govt  apart and all set to trigger a revolution that may signal the end of an evil regime

    Prologue

    -  A tall rider in Bmw races through the dark road .Comes to stop at the National lab.

Back  Ground  Music  -  Sinister  almost  predicting something evil is going to happen

The  Assassin looks at windows – the lights are out – she gives a wry smile- her target is there - The  Assassin  rushes through the  huge  metallic steps . She has to cover 20 steps before reaching the Main Door.  The Assassin stealthily opens the huge door and slides inside . She finds  a guard standing  at attention  -  stopping her  way to the stairs leading to the first floor . She does not wait to introduce herself . She shoots the guard point blank through the  head. The shocked guard falls down in slow motion on the stairs-  grey materials oozing out  of the  smashed head  The Assassin  pushes the body and rushes  upstairs.

She confronts the second guard at the door – shoots him point blank. Opens the door and walks long strides  in and before the girl at the desk could respond she is shot in the head. Her body falls flat on the table ,  blood  spooling out and  blooding the whole table.

The  Assassin  opens the  door of the lab and walks to the  Chief virologist The   assassin was Covered with a long cloth, with the  swastika sign covering the  face. The killer was unusually tall and had pale skin with red eyes.  She pointed the gun at the  chief and demanded – where Is the virus!

Lucent was  stunned  -  He  pleaded - I have no idea what you are talking about ! I know nothing of any virus ! - The  Assassin demanded- If you say the truth I will spare you ! Lucent thought carefully and said – Well, I will let you know what I know. - And he spoke about the location of the  virus, which he had rehearsed several times with his other interns !  The Assassin gave a wry smile and said – Well... This is the  same answer we found with the other interns !  - What other interns ? The  Assassin  could see  Lucent face  turn  purple  from  fear  - The other seven! It was impossible

At  this  point  a  young  Chinese intern enters the room  , the  Assassin  turns to face her . I  know  where the virus is.  Lucent pleaded don’t tell - she will shoot us anyways.  Sorry sir  I  had been planted  here by my Master to  steal the virus and take it to china .  Lucent looked  helplessly  at Mei   The  intern  directed to the Assassin -  we  have  to  kill him  as  we  can’t leave any  witness .  Before uttering any other word the Assassin shot  the  Professor-  get  the virus  quickly  and  we  shall leave before the  police catches up .

The Intern moved towards the corner of the lab and tried to open the vault. She put  her finger for signature - it showed error. So the professor had changed  the  signature and omitted her , he  must have then smelled something fishy .The  intern said – the  locker is not opening -  the professor has changed it and I  can no more  sign in.

The assassin was exasperated – well all this for nothing. She was enraged and shouted in desperation and took another shot at the professor - fucking asshole.  They both  sat  down  near  the body and  the intern gazed  at the locker ,  it  is  impossible  to  break  through and  it will take  huge  drilling  machines  to  cut  it. Suddenly an idea exploded in her brains . She moved once again and looked at the lock , pull the Virologist here she ordered  the assassin ,  they both smiled well they might just get through , they place his right hand in sensor , waiting for magic , the machine made a whirring sound , than Error . Then she remembered Lucent was left handed. Well how could she miss it. She put his right palm again a whirring .sound .seconds seemed like hours , and suddenly it opened. She put her gloved hand forward and collected the vial .

The  phone  rings and -  the  assassin  pulls out  his  Vivo  phone  from her upper pocket and answers .

A voice from the other side - what is the progress?  Well Master the Professor died and we  have collected the package  !  Great The Master voice was so loud - as if her wind pipes would burst.  Leave the place the police are on its way.  Leaving the dead professor they scurried away .  They speed away the Killing Machine roaring through the night.

I am Xi, Master, governing the citizens of the greatest nation in the world.

I am absolute sovereign. My word is law. The National Constitution gives me absolute power...for life. I am elected by unanimous vote of the Politburo, my Politburo. There are no more term limits, per unanimous vote of the Politburo, my Politburo. Why are they my Politburo? I have annihilated minorities who were once citizens of my country: Buddhists, Christians and Muslims. I have separated children from their parents and placed them in reorientation camps, transforming their minds to follow my dictates; follow me. I am now their father, and owner of the Politburo.

Representation in the Politburo is through a nominating process - I nominate them.

Politburo members then unanimously approve my choice. It is most efficient. Now that there are no term limits, it is rare that I ever need to nominate a candidate for membership.

Students and anyone under the age of 35 aren’t allowed visas. They could become socially and politically infected and not return, so they simply do not leave. If they ever did return, I would probably have to have them either executed or reoriented. Execution is usually the best option, since whenever a returnee is put to death for crimes against the Master, applications for visas of any kind drop precipitously.

My national policy is to manufacture duplicates of Western/European products, causing originating companies billions in losses. I flood the copies into other nations’ markets, whose consumers have no loyalty to their local industries. They send their money to me, and wonder why their local employers close and layoff thousands.

I have initiated an aggressive policy to seize my neighboring nation’s lands, modern Lebensraum, needed for my country’s exploding population: oil deposits, seaports, infrastructure.

I changed the Tsang Po River’s course, after which I literally murdered a neighboring nation, Tibet. I did that. I gave the order and it happened.

My most loyal people dominate key areas. I have started multiple media campaigns. Goebel’s lies have become truth. He was correct, the more outlandish the lie, the more often repeated, the more likely it is believed. The Jews in Nazi Germany were easy to victimize. They were labeled as saboteurs and greedy profiteers. Hitler correctly believed no-one particularly cared for an unpatriotic religious and racial class, but who would have guessed he could successfully send eight million of them to their deaths?

Many successes. Yet, I have not yet fulfilled my dream - to be the leader of a singular Global Order.

Forgive me, my countrymen. I sacrifice some of you so our nation shall rise above all others.

I have taken extreme action. Victory is imminent.

    Chapter 1

    The Plan

    August 8, 2019, Beijing, China

The black limousines pulled up to the curb in front of party headquarters, the Zhongnanhai. As if given a signal, drivers simultaneously emerged from the vehicles, walked around the front of their cars and opened the rear passenger side doors. Climbing from the vehicles were the solitary occupants, the nine senior members of the ruling Politburo, summoned by the Master to discuss what was described as an urgent matter.

Climbing the wide marbled steps were:

    Huang Kunming (Vice Chairman)

    Li Keqiang (Treasury)

    Li Zhanshu  (Information, Propaganda)

    Wang Yang (Defense)

    Wang Huning  (Agriculture)

    Zhao Leji (Foreign Affairs)

    Han Zheng, (Motherland Security, Espionage)

    Zhao Hiroto (Trade, Commerce),

Wei Shota (State Affairs, International Relations)

The group proceeded slowly down the main hallway, knowing only that the meeting was urgent. Urgency in the past usually had meant the impending extermination of some person or group deemed dangerous by Xi. This was not the case, but ignorance of the subject matter only amplified their nervousness.

On the opposing walls of the hallway were numerous slogans such as "Long live the great Communist Party of China and Long live invincible Mao Zedong Thoughts". They all had the slogans memorized; not because they studied them, but because any Chinese citizen who did not stay locked up in his own home could not help but see hundreds of billboards and posters plastered all around Beijing and any other major city. They were inescapable.

At the far end of the hallway were ornate red and gold double doors, leading to a large meeting room attached to the Master’s Office. It was required that anyone entering the meeting room first knock to be allowed entrance. As the group arrived at the entrance, they looked at each other to see who would bravely knock. Huang stepped forward and knocked.

A uniformed guard opened the door a crack, eyed the group, then turned to ask the Master if entry was permitted.

Certainly! responded Xi in a tone which seemed friendly enough to relieve any fears from the group.

The guard opened one of the doors and stood at attention as the ministers made their way into the room. Xi dismissed the guard, who saluted and then exited the room, closing the door behind him.

Esteemed gentlemen. I have asked your attendance today to announce to you the impending collapse and destruction of our enemies in the West, announced the almost gleeful Master, standing before a large portrait of Mao.

The ministers became wide-eyed with surprise and curiosity. The announcement gave the impression of a major military offensive or attack, something that would be impossible to conduct with the degree of secrecy required for these men to be unaware.

When secrecy is of the utmost importance, it requires as few people with knowledge of the plan as possible.

Wang Yang, the Minister of Defense, spoke up. Xi, it has always been my dream to serve you by overcoming our enemies with our magnificent military! How is it I am unaware of these preparations?

Because there will be no attack. No soldier will fire a shot. No missile will be launched.

Thinking this to be some sort of trade or economic ploy, Li Keqiang spoke, It must be some sort of currency manipulation or trade offensive, eh? We are successful with these. The Americans have no stomach for forcing their agenda. Something new no doubt.

Then the Master explained. Two Chinese scientists, husband and wife, have been employed in a microbiology lab in Canada. Their expertise in epidemiology has been recognized worldwide. They’re actually Canadian citizens now. That’s how long they have lived there. Ebola, SARS, HIV and other diseases have been defeated primarily due to their considerable contributions to epidemiology over the years. Many vaccines and treatments have been conceived, developed and distributed from this lab in Winnipeg. They’ve actually gotten awards and published papers on the subject.

What does that do for China? asked Wang.

Xi continued. What is the best way to defeat an enemy? Surprise? Overwhelming force? These may work, but our enemies outnumber our armed forces. They are capable of detecting our every move.

Smiling, Xi explained. You gentlemen are the most knowledgeable men in China. Your presence in this room is a testimony to that fact. But for all your intellect, secrecy treats all men, wise and foolish, equally. You know nothing.

The group of Ministers stared at their leader, having just been told the best two advantages their military could gain were useless against their adversaries’ considerable strength.

Xi continued to smile. We cannot defeat the American military...ever. They would starve their own people to pay for the weapons they aim at us. The armaments they invent and manufacture are frighteningly powerful and accurate. Their nuclear arsenal can turn China into an ocean of ash; cities leveled to the very ground. Their navy brings thousands of fighter jets on their aircraft carriers. Their own citizenry doesn’t comprehend the extent of their armed capabilities. Our people hear me make speeches about how we will destroy our adversaries. We are at our adversaries’ mercy. To match their power would take a generation, even if they ceased their production of arms.

Wang Yang responded, Master, I have wielded the power of our military at your discretion! So often we have faced them down and proven their cowardice! Their skills and armaments are no match for the courage and determined strength of our mighty People’s Army."

Xi responded, almost scolding, Wang, your courageous and resolute soldiers and sailors will be turned to ash covered skeletons if the wrong American presses the wrong button.

Wang Yang looked down at the table in front of him; his countenance that of a small child reprimanded by an angry disapproving parent.

Wang, I am sorry. You have been a trusted and faithful defender of our people. But we have had to open our minds to new ways to destroy enemies.

Han Zheng wisecracked, You smile widely for having just explained the bleakness of our situation! What is it we miss, Master?

I have said we are at the mercy of some American dupe pressing a button.

    The ministers all nodded.

Xi’s smile widened. What if the dupe was too sick to climb to the console to press that button? What if the dupe was dead? What if the dupe’s commanding officer was dead as well?

The group was now quite attentive.

Xi continued, "I shall tell you. The two scientists I mentioned are adept at more than curing disease. Every now and then, a petri dish
