About this ebook
In a world of darkness, in a world of tight schedules with everyone trying to remain fruitful in all their endeavours, we forget the very essence of our being. We sometimes forget that we are first spiritual beings and anything spiritual must be prioritized.
As food is of great importance to the physical being, so is prayer of great necessity to the spiritual being.
There is a need for an awakening in our spirit man. We need to arise and take our place, and this begins with building a sustainable relationship with God. He is ever-present and waiting for you, He wants to help you, He feels your pain, and He is concerned about you.
Your busy schedule is not enough reason to slack, your inadequacies are not enough reason to fall short, the burden of life is not enough reason to keep away, your addiction is not a reason to stay back, your weaknesses should not hold you down.
This is a journey of consistency, this is a journey of intentionality, this is a journey to building a worthy relationship, and this is the beginning of wholeness.
Let’s take the ride to prayer sustainability, our lives depend on it...

PREFACE
In our present world, a system of low value for process has been built, but in the real sense, the value of a thing is placed in the process of that thing.
Many Christians desire to be on fire for the Lord. In fact, we hear the stories of other people that have encountered a higher dimension walk with God, and we are inspired to have that amazing experience with God as well, but the question I often ask is, Are you ready to go through the process?
It takes a willing heart to begin, and then it takes determination to stay consistent.
The tips in this book are practical examples that have helped me and other believers in Christ build a sustainable prayer life, especially if you have had to struggle with praying consistently.
For the essence of intentional growth in prayers, the tips stated in this book will help you understand the concept of prayer and the processes needed for foundational growth.
There are lots of people struggling to be prayerfully consistent. This book is for you.
Open your heart and let the Holy Spirit fill you up.
God is committed to helping you achieve this goal if/when you begin.
Isioma M. Ojogbo
INTRODUCTION
There comes a time in a man's life when you come face to face with life, and then, it is the knowledge of God you have on the inside that will strengthen you.
With smooth words [of flattery and praise], he will turn to godlessness those who [are willing to] disregard the [Mosaic] covenant, but the people who [are spiritually mature
