If I Could Write
If I could write, I’d preach to the masses.
The words given to me would fill the hunger of the world.
No more starving; minds and souls are all fed.
Eradicate emptiness, because voids are filled in.
Then there would be no want or desires to steal.
Whether you read or hear, you have your next meal.
We’d all come together, with no worry of tomorrow.
Peaceful, as sheep grazing in a field,
Because our souls have heard
That we are protected, and life lies in His word.
If I could write, this is what I would do.
But since I can’t, I’ll just show you.
If I could write, there’d be no parched souls.
No one deserted in the desert, looking for hope.
I’d open my mind and pour out rain.
Fill dusted pockets with puddles of knowledge, not change,
Except the one they will make with the tide.
Regardless of the moon, no lows, just highs.
Liberated because their souls are hydrated.
No drop wasted, being so pure in its tasting;
I brought it from the top of a mountain.
A lot of climbing because it’s from Life’s fountain.
If I could write, this is what I would do,
But since I can’t, I’ll just show you.
If I could write, no love would go undone.
We’d all have somebody; there’d be no single ones.
At least two hits to every made album.
Everyone would have a feature; there’d no solos sung.
There would be performances of perfect duets,
And they would sing in perfect harmony.
And no matter what distractions may try to fraction,
There will be no faction in missed keys,
Because He has the master for every door.
Though your heart is sore,
through every opening you’ll soar.
If I could write, this is what I would do,
But since I can’t, I’ll just show you.
He did write; in the beginning it was Him.
He didn’t use paper and didn’t use a pen.
He spoke exist into existence,
Brought to life past, present, and future tense.
Those that freestyle believe that they’ve created,
But before you put it out, He’s already made it.
Lives outside of time; Genesis He invented.
We couldn’t star trek if the path wasn’t indented.
Writers usually pretend as we form paragraphs.
His words are for war, not props for an act.
He can write; it’s a piece of who He is.
Even gave us His Word, His Son, just to show us how to live.
This is for all. We must focus on gaining more insight to who we are as individuals. I didn’t write this in favor of any system or group. I surely didn’t write this to be judgmental or condescending. I wrote this because we are more than what is seen. The Proof is what you’re thinking and feeling at this moment, at any given moment. These are thoughts and emotions no one will probably ever know you experience as they may venture through the same. Everyone owns these types of secrets for, we are all human. Some things we feel are fit to tell another; other words, thoughts, and emotions we keep for whatever reason.
These untold articles report that we truly are more than what is touched, pleased, and manipulated physically. There’s a portion of us that exists that cannot be seen directly, but it can be spoken to. This piece of self can be influenced, shaped, and even controlled. The scripts you read, the lyrics you hear, and the films you watch may impact this part
