Maddening Fascination - Justin Spencer Bergelin

    Love Flutters

    Just a beautiful one

That I noticed the others didn’t notice

    I imagined opening my arms

    To let her in

    Holding her in my heart

    A trapeze artist

    Worlds growing, disappearing

The love I felt fluttered and landed

    In our chosen place

A chuckle and engaged in gentle sword play

    It’s All a Lie

    You don’t know or understand

    What it’s like

    The terrifying fear

    The excruciating sorrow

Very little sleep that drives you crazy

I don’t know what it’s like to be you

    Your struggles

    Your challenges

    Your misfortunes

We are all lost in a loop that goes on forever

    The Buddha knew this

And deserted his Kingdom, Wife and
