    Dedication

Wear That Crown, Girl is an encouraging book that is relatable to all the singles out there. It is filled with raw stories, testimonies, and struggles for singles. It provides the space to relate and find encouragement in their singleness season. The book was inspired by the Lord, and I felt the Father’s heart for the ladies as I was writing the book. The Father wanted the ladies to know that they are created by God and for God that has amazing plans for them, and He wants to reveal His plans and identify their worth to them.

    Foreword

God instructs husbands in 1 Peter 3:7 (NLT) to honor and treat your wives with understanding. Anna Pavlov’s voice as a woman and therapist shines brightly throughout the pages of Wear that Crown, Girl. Her book is a must-read for both women and men. For men, it will unlock some of the mysteries of the woman’s mind, allowing us to better understand them. Anna’s transparency and journey will inspire any woman who reads it and enlighten every man seeking to understand the women in their lives better.

As a woman who met and married her husband in her thirties, I related to emotions, thoughts, and the turmoil of Anna’s story. Throughout her book, Anna beautifully paints her story like an artist on a canvas, using her life and experience to provide Godly wisdom to single women of any age desiring to be married. I love the boldness of how Anna shares her journey of how she has navigated singlehood and the pressures from culture and family to be married. This book is a must-read for all women, single or married. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and you’ll be blessed.

Anna Pavlov navigates the ups and downs of singleness, the dating process, and full surrender in her powerful and encouraging book Wear That Crown, Girl. Anna’s book is filled with nuggets of wisdom from God’s Word and her own personal experiences. She beautifully and candidly shares her heart, her testimony, and her intimate journey with the Lord. Anna’s love for the Word of God and her trust in His timing are refreshing! Through personal stories and powerful encounters with her Heavenly Father, Anna expresses her deep gratitude to the Lord for His ever-present love, His Word, and His perfect timing. She counsels those who are tempted to settle for crumbs in their relationships to invite Him (Jesus) into your heart and allow Him to pour out His love upon you. Anna shares that If you find yourself changing for another person (in a negative sense), know that this is not from the Lord. Her book also includes carefully thought-out reflection questions at the end of each chapter, and powerful prayers are sprinkled throughout.

    My Testimony

Growing up, I was always the girl who would have a crush on a cute boy. You know the type of crush where you daydream about them every second, where you fantasize about getting together, getting married, and living happily ever after, just like couples do in Disney movies? I’m sure I’m not the only one who has these types of fantasies.

My family moved to the United States from Russia when I was three years old. And when we moved to the States, we settled in a predominately Russian/Ukrainian community. I grew up in a Christian home, mostly Pentecostal. My dad was a pastor until I
