My Superpower Story

I was born in the 70’s on a military base. I am a motley mix of flower child, revolutionary, and dreamer. Like so many with a destiny greater than themselves, my story was in the making before I was born. It was coded in my DNA, like the monarch butterfly. They travel from Canada to Mexico, having never made the trek before. But the directions of their journey are written on their genes, passed down in their lineage as genetic memory. I find it amazing that the monarch knows where to go, and how to get there, while never having made the trip
