About this ebook

This nation was founded on Christian principles, but for the past generation or so, we, as a people, have slowly but surely been pushing God further and further into the background. We are becoming a godless society. Just as nature abhors a vacuum, as God is removed from society, something else rushes in to fill that void, and rest assured, anyt

Truth of Lies - Keith Albin

    Introduction

Jesus made a statement in Matthew 24 about what it would be like in the world at the time of His return. This was in response to His disciples’ questions about what would be the sign of His coming and of the end of the age. His first answer was about deception for deception was always Jesus’s first concern for the world. And then in verses 36–41 of Matthew 24, He had this warning. This is one complete paragraph, and I want to read the entire paragraph so you will know that nothing is taken out of context. And I hope to make this clear enough for all to understand because this statement by Jesus has been misunderstood by a lot of people over the years.

Matthew 24:36–41: "But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of Man be. Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left."

Please remember, these verses all comprise one complete paragraph, therefore, all of these verses are discussing the same subject. Granted all of the everyday activities of living will be taking place, but then Jesus said there was a great flood, which they knew nothing about until it came and took them all away. Then Jesus says that this is the way it will be at the time of His coming, or more precisely, just before His return. Everybody knows there isn’t going to be another actual flood of water, so most people just read over this statement. And that’s a shame because the flood is the meat of His warning, and it is the flood that is going to be the most problematic for us. Our Lord has used an actual, physical flood of water to illustrate that the same situation and results are going to happen again on a spiritual level with a symbolic flood. So what is this flood He’s talking about?

Revelation 12:9: And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. Satan, who was the serpent in the Garden of Eden, will be back on earth for a short period of time to try and deceive the whole world.

Revelation 12:15: "And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. We’re only trying to identify the flood here, so don’t let the symbolism get in the way. What comes out of your mouth? Words. This flood is a flood of lies coming out of the mouth of Satan. This is the source of all the deception Jesus is warning us about. Do you suppose this flood is mentioned in the prophesies of the Old Testament? Let’s go to the book of Daniel, chapter 11, verses 21–22, where he really nails this symbolism down. These are the verses in the book of Daniel prophesying the time that Satan in his role as antichrist, the instead of Christ, will come to power in his allotted hour. Verses 21–22: And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries. And with the arms of a flood shall they be overflown from before him, and shall be broken."

Don’t you think He’s trying to tell us something here? Jesus is restating and warning us about what the prophet Daniel spoke about nearly 2,500 years ago. It should be quite obvious by now that Jesus is warning us that just as there was a flood of Noah’s time, there is going to be another flood during Satan’s allotted hour, only this time it will be a flood of lies and deceptions. A different kind of flood but a flood no less. And did Jesus not say in Matthew 24:39 that they knew not what was happening during the time of Noah until the flood came and took them all away, and did He not say that this is exactly how it is going to be in the final days? His exact words were "And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away. And in the same breath, He added, Then," then referring back to the previous verse where He says that they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away. "Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left." Just as they were physically taken by an actual flood in Noah’s time so shall one be spiritually taken and one left during Satan’s flood of lies. The same with the two at the grinding wheel. Remember this is on a spiritual level; no one is physically taken anywhere. What Jesus is telling us is that the one taken by the flood of lies is the one of many who will be deceived into believing that the false Christ is the true Christ.

These verses have been misunderstood by many over the years and sometimes totally taken out of context. I hope no one tries to read some kind of rapture doctrine into these verses because it just isn’t there. Jesus is talking about a flood of lies. No one is going anywhere; Christ is coming here, and He wants us to remain in the field working until He returns. Those who have ears to hear and eyes to see will be the ones left behind and not the ones taken away, or more precisely, taken in and deceived by the flood, spiritually speaking of course. The Bible tells us that many will be swept away and taken, or taken in, by this future flood. In fact, Jesus also said that unless those days should be shortened, there would no flesh be saved: but for the elect’s sake, those days shall be shortened. Satan is very good at what he does. For a clear and precise definition of the term Truth of Lies, read chapter 11 of the book God’s Ultimatum.

It has now (2020) been thirteen years since the first warning went out in print. This is the third and final book in a trilogy of warning messages. Most of the poems contained herein were originally published as part of a larger volume of poems in the book titled Awaken the Watchman in 2007. Because we are fast running out of time, the warning poems have been compiled into this condensed and more readable book for ease of reference and accessibility. The warning is for that short period of time just before the Lord returns and has always been called the end-time or the time-of-the-end. The sequence of the end-time will begin when the four winds of Revelation chapter 7 are released. This greatly anticipated historical occurrence will be initiated by a single event when and only when God determines that the time is right.

These poems have been inspirationally received and are being passed on as a warning of what is soon to take place on this earth. There is enough information contained herein to provide the reader with enough knowledge to refuse the mark of the beast when that time comes. May God grant each of you the ability to read with discernment.

    Awaken the Watchman

The prophets of old, may their wisdom increase,

All spoke of a time this Age it should cease.

A time that is such as never has been

Has always been called the time of the end.

When Christ shall return and claim what is His,

A time of both light and darkness it is.

Before the true Christ will God ever send,

Must Satan to walk the earth once again.

These things He foretold, His Word does not lie!

Only a fool would His truth to deny.

The one who won’t hear these words that we speak

Has sown of the seeds of destruction to reap.

The Bible is read by hardly a few,

What God has to say most have not a clue!

Pray who can survive the days just ahead,

For most of the world is spiritually dead.

Our hope lies within the power of His love,

The Spirit of God as sent from above.

He has decided in these final days

To speak unto man in terse, sundry ways.

Four winds of the earth the angels did hold

Till knowledge of God, His servants were told.

    That sealing is done and fate is set free;

The future is soon the present to be.

Awaken the watchman! He might take a stand.

The hour of his watch is
