In May of 2018 I was diagnosed with stage four peritoneal cancer. I am well now, but when I was sick, I was confronted with the possibility of death much sooner than I had anticipated. That put me through quite a process. Many old structures in my personality came to the surface of my awareness. Gradually, these structures were reviewed, processed, and released. I am sure there are some still there, but I am lighter, more in the Present, and extremely grateful to be here.

When I was sick, I became very aware that I am not my body. None of us are! This channeled book makes that very clear. It asks us to look at our identifications – at who we take ourselves to be. It reminds us of our relationship to our planet as one Being to another Being. The consciousness that dictated this book in the late 1980’s was pointing to the events of the then coming decade, the1990’s. Though some of the references are now dated, the message of the book speaks to our present experience of life on Earth here and now. We are in the middle of Earth Changes.

This book was first published in 1991 in German (Erde im Wandel) and Spanish (Cambios en la Tierra) and was well received. At that time, I was leading spiritual development groups in Europe and Argentina. In some ways this book is similar to the weekly messages I now send out. When I recently re-read the manuscript, I was amazed. It spoke to me deeply and I hope it will also speak to you.

This book contains channelled messages from a male aspect of the transpersonal level of consciousness, which we call Sanat Kumara, and a female aspect of the transpersonal which we call Mother.

The channelling in this book was done over a period of three years. The section by Sanat was channelled first and the section from Mother followed. I was amazed by the similarity in what was channelled and by the differences in the energy and the point-of-view which the male and female aspects brought through. The channelled sections are in chronological order according to the date that they were channelled. Each channelled session is separated from the following session by this symbol:

As you read this information you may find, as I did that, certain ideas are repeated. I noticed for myself that with each repetition and each new presentation of an idea my understanding deepened. As I read this information I opened to a deeper part of my Being. That is my wish for you as you read these pages. I hope that the words touch a place in you where the information and the energy behind the words are familiar to you.

Introduction

Channelled From Sanat Kumara

In the beginning of time, all Beings consented to the experiment of physical reality within the time/space continuum. You were a part of the consciousness that designed the experience of physical reality as an experiment in a dimension which contained form. You chose to participate in this experiment by choosing to manifest form in the dimension of physical reality. Most of you have forgotten that you chose to participate in this experiment in form. Many of you feel separated from God, from divine energy, by your existence in form. You feel that God has, at some level, rejected you. You feel isolated and alone.

This volume is intended to release the illusion of separation from God from your consciousness. All Beings are united with divine energy whether they exist in form or in other dimensions of Being. You are coming home to your Self. You are beginning to realize that you never strayed from home. God lives in each manifestation of creation. God lives in you. You are not separate from God or from your fellow Beings. This is an illusion which those experiencing physical form has created.

The illusion of separation must end. Your planet is facing a period in its existence where union must again be manifested. You are one, we are one; there is only one God. All Beings exist as God, in God, through God, as one. The illusion of separation must be transcended so that union of all Beings on the planet Earth can be the reality that is manifested in form as well as beyond form. You are invited to release the illusion of separation and move into the experience of truth, of unity, of the one God existing in all Beings whether in form or beyond form. You are invited to experience your union with God once again. You are invited to experience being home wherever you are, whoever you are. You are invited to release your isolation and come home to the God within you and within all of your fellow Beings. We await your homecoming.

Sanat’s Book

We are dictating this volume to you so that you can begin to appreciate other dimensions of your Being which co-exist with the aspect of your Being which you identify with, your physical selves. Your physical self is a minute fraction of the totality of your Being. Other aspects of your Being exist simultaneously in other dimensions. You are accustomed to identifying yourselves as only the physical body which you inhabit. You are accustomed to identifying yourselves as the emotions, the thoughts, the opinions, the feelings which you experience in your physical body. Other aspects of the totality of your Being are generally not apparent to you. Your conscious mind is limited in its identification of who you are. Some of you have had transcendent experiences on drugs, in meditation, or in what is referred to as a peak experience. In those moments you catch a glimpse of the other dimensions of your Being. This is one reason why drug experiences were sought by many of you. It is not necessary to use drugs in order to experience other aspects of your Being. Meditation has served mankind for eons as a vehicle to transcend the physical form. Meditation is a useful tool to release the identification with the body. This is one way that Beings who have perfected meditation move into the mastery of the totality of their Self. You need not spend years meditating in order to release the identification with your physical form. We can instruct you. We can enable you to transcend your limited identification solely as a human being. This is a doorway home. This is a welcome to who you are.

We exist in a non-physical dimension. You, reading this book, exist in a physical dimension. You also exist in nonphysical dimensions as we do. We have not chosen to experience physical form as you have chosen. Most Beings who chose to experience physical form have lost the truth of their identity. Most Beings who chose to experience physicality have identified with their physical form and lost the experience of their other dimensions. Your planet is entering a transition phase in the development of consciousness. The transformation of consciousness which has begun on your planet is not limited to the human Beings which populate the surface of your globe. The planet herself is also experiencing a transformation of consciousness. She is moving into a higher vibration. Those of you who can make that shift in consciousness with her will remain in physical form. Those humans who are not able or not willing to make the shift in consciousness will not remain in physical form. This is a difficult time for your planet. She is shedding an old skin as she evolves. It is possible for you to make the transition with her. Furthermore, it is possible for you to guide your fellow human beings in making that transition as well.

You have incarnated on your planet at this time in her evolution in order to make the leap in consciousness yourself and in order to serve your fellow beings by assisting them in making that leap. You can fulfill your destiny through your own growth and through sharing that growth with others. It is time. Your planet needs your partnership. You have the opportunity to fulfill your destiny in this lifetime. We and others like us are here to assist you.

You are existing on many levels of reality as you read this volume. You are existing in many dimensions while your physical body holds these pages. You will be seeing much chaos in physical reality during the next ten years on your planet. You will tend to believe the reality which your physical world is manifesting. You are invited to remember that there are other dimensions of the totality of your being beyond that which exists in physical reality. The chaos that you will witness on your planet is but a fraction of all there is. Do not trust the illusion of physical reality. All is appropriate. Your planet is entering a transition phase. Many of you have begun preparing for your work during this next stage of the evolution of your planet. Know that you have been trained, that your awareness has been awakened for a reason. This reason is so that you can see beyond the illusion of chaos around you. Many of you are extremely sensitive. You will react to the upset which you witness. We invite you to remember that it is a necessary and an appropriate shift in consciousness which is causing the backlash of chaos.

Those on your planet who are not ready to make the leap in consciousness will be extremely threatened by the illusion. You have been awakened, you have been trained, so that you can stay centered in the truth of the perfection of the divine plan even though there is the appearance of chaos around you. Do not get caught up in the illusion. Trust that all is going according to God’s plan for the shifting of consciousness on your planet. The planet herself is shifting her vibration. All those who are unwilling or unable to make this shift with her will find another form of expression of their Being. Disease will claim many. War will claim many. Pollution and its side-effects will also form a backlash and people will perish. Know that it is only the physical form which is being released. They have chosen to leave at this transition time. Many of them will shift their consciousness in the between-incarnation state and will reincarnate in physical form on your planet for the New Age. Others will find another physical dimension in which to evolve. Their consciousness will find a form in a vibration which is commensurate with their level of evolution.

Those of you who are ready to make the transition will remain in physical form on your planet. However, there will be periods of distress as your vibration shifts. Do not get caught up in your emotional response to the chaos you witness. Know that your emotions are a small part of your physical being. Your thoughts will also go through periods of distress. Know that they again are but a facet, a part of being a human being. Your thoughts generally do not represent truth. They are often stimulated in a mechanical fashion as a reaction to past programming. Do not be caught up in the illusion and the distress of your reactionary thoughts. During this time of chaos, meditation and centering your energy through stillness would be most useful. This technique will allow you to move beyond your emotions and your thoughts, which are reactionary. Meditation can transcend the illusion and put you in communication with other dimensions of the totality of your being. It is a useful tool and will be of much use during the troubled times ahead.

We are bringing you this volume to reassure you that you are ready, that you are able, and that you have a purpose in this plan. You have awakened before your brothers and sisters so that you could guide them during this time. Know that you are prepared. You have been preparing for this period for many, many lifetimes. You can trust your Inner Self. Your task is to remain in communication with your Inner Self. It is right. You are ready. We are with you.

We have brought this volume to you so that you may be prepared for the events ahead. You are going to play a major role in these events. You will be called upon to remain centered, to remain true to your own awareness of the perfection of God’s universe. There will be those around you who cannot see beyond the chaos. They will need your steadfastness. They will need your awareness of the truth of the perfection of God’s plan. You can give them an example of one who has the courage to see beyond the illusion of physical reality.

You are reading this volume because your have awakened sufficiently to be able to recognize truth. That is how these words found their way to you. You have already done much preparation or this book would never have reached you. You may be aware of the preparation you have done on your consciousness, or perhaps the preparation was done in other lifetimes and you are not aware of the work you have done to prepare your consciousness for this period in your Earth’s history. It is time for you to be aware. You have a role to play and you are ready. There will always be more preparation to do. Know that you are forever in the process of becoming a realized Being. You will never fully arrive until all beings wake up to the truth that they are love and light and God. Then the game will be complete. However, until that time, you have growing to do. This book is an acknowledgment of the growth you have already accomplished. It is also a notice to you that there is and always will be more growing to do. You are engaged in a joyous quest for the truth of your identity. These words are brought to you as a signpost on your journey. Enjoy.
