Rick James McPhearson
Rick McPhearson has worked extensively in community based organizations with a diverse group of youth whose ages range from adolescence to adulthood. As The S.A.C.T.O Foundations Founder and CEO he is dedicated to assisting in the process of educating humanity to promote understanding and awareness affecting the future of communities in general. His passion for serving youth stems from being raised in the home of a childcare provider that served as a strong role model, and made sure to instill the highest level of respect in each of her six young men. Being the youngest of the six, Rick learned about life from watching, doing, and trying many things on his own. After receiving his Psychology Degree, Rick soon found his true love in working with youth, and in acknowledging that he soon exited the business world to pursue his heart. On a regular basis you will hear Rick offering up one of his many maxims for life such as: "Go to college gain some knowledge, stay there till you're though. If they can make penicillin out of molded bread, they can make something out of you." In 2002, his vision for the S.A.C.T.O Foundation came to him while serving as Director for the Boys and Girls Club, and after many years of research, planning, and continual consultative services, his dream of founding an organization geared towards the betterment of youth came to fruition in February of 2007. Rick has just authored his first book, titled The Future Of Fathers due for publication this March, and he also sits on the board of several youth organizations, holds a Teaching Certification from NFTE (The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship), and is the proud father of his lovely daughter Madison McPhearson .

Because if you don’t I caution you, as this is going to be one of the biggest decisions you might ever make. So please take your time and maybe skim through the pages and feel the weight of the task.
After doing so, remember one thing it won’t be easy, however it will be worth it, and it will mold you and take you to heights that you never could fathom. That is only if you take this as one of the most serious things that you have ever embarked upon. Really, are you ready? Then let’s start
