Introduction to our Biblical Certificate Courses

THE BOOK OF JAMES, chapter 3 comes with a very clear warning, one we take very seriously and even used to guide us when we were teachers in South Korea. James wrote:

DO NOT BECOME TEACHERS in large numbers, my brothers, since you know that we who are teachers will incur a stricter judgment.

NOT ONLY IN OUR YEARS in Korea but many other years, we witnessed many people who should not be teachers. The concept that teaching is a profession has been lost as too many modern people going into teaching whether in Western countries or around the world, now simply consider teaching just a job.

IT IS NOT JUST A JOB even when creating courses like this one. There are people who are very important to God on the other end of these and all lessons and they deserve teachers who adhere to that biblical warning.

THAT GUIDANCE WILL help all teachers provide the truth and the right content in their lessons so that their students cam grow into not only good human beings but strong, mature believers in Christ.

ANOTHER REASON THAT guides this set of lessons is to show that God cares about your education. Moses wrote in Deut. 4 the following words:

"SEE, I HAVE TAUGHT you statutes and judgments just as the Lord my God commanded me, that you are to do these things in the land where you are entering to take possession of it. 6 So keep and do them, for that is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the peoples who will hear all these statutes and say, ‘Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.’ 7 For what great nation is there that has a god so near to it as is the Lord our God whenever we call on Him? 8 Or what great nation is there that has statutes and judgments as righteous as this whole Law which I am setting before you today?

THESE ARE JUST A FEW of the verses that helped guide us when we were teachers. getting the right information to one’s students is the teacher’s job. It is not the teaching of a personal ideology, political view or any other content.

THOSE ARE NOT EDUCATING but brainwashing the students and that is not the way to teach. While teachers are free to believe what they want, they should never let their personal views or feelings get in the way of educating the students the right way.

THE LESSONS IN THIS certificate course will be passing on the information that God taught us as we were students while we were teachers. This is not special revelation but information that is already in the Bible and data God wants his followers to know.

ANYONE COULD HAVE DONE the research and found this information with God’s help. We were just the lucky ones who followed the Spirit of Truth away from any errors the secular world teaches all people.

WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL gain more strength in your faith as you go through these lessons and do the work. Make sure to ask God to guide you so that you can identify the truth from the error and discard the error.

JESUS PROMISED YOU would know the truth and you shall know it if you are courageous enough to seek it out. We do not care what denomination you belong to as the truth is for all of God’s creation. What we do ask is that you be honest and do the work yourself and be open to what God wants you to learn.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS course is to help you get the spiritual food you need to grow in Christ and be better believers who can make an impact in your local areas. The Bible says to study to show yourself approved unto God.

THAT STUDY DOES NOT have to be formal Bible school or secular institutional training but can come through little courses like this one. Learning comes in all forms and if one is alert they can learn from non-traditional bible courses just as they can from full fledged degree programs.

THE KEY TO LEARNING in both situations is to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit and head for the truth. The Bible also says that the unbelieving world can do nothing against the truth so arm yourself with that.

NOT WHAT YOU THINK is the truth, etc., but learn the actual truth so your faith can stand strong against the many secular arguments trying to turn you into another top Christian who leaves their faith.

STICK WITH CHRIST AND live as that is the only way to eternal salvation.

ONCE YOU GET THE BOOKS, read the lessons and do the assignments. The list of reading material and textbooks are after the lessons. In the same section is a workbook with assignments on the textbooks.

AFTER YOU FINISH ALL the questions you can send them to us as .docx files and when we see you adequately completed ALL the assignments and the workbook questions we will send you a certificate showing you have competed the course.

THE CERTIFICATE WILL only indicated that you completed the course. If you want an actual grade, the cost for our time will be an extra $10 sent to our Pay Pal account listed on the books for sale page. Make sure we know your name and e-mail address so we can credit you with the grade and the payment.

THE CERTIFICATE WILL be sent to your e-mail account and you should print it out and display it if you want.

THERE IS NO RUSH TO complete these lessons or the workbook. Go at your own pace and even if you do not have a college degree you can still read the lessons, do the work and get the certificate
