even from people you don't really like?
How about relationships? Are you disappointed with the relationships
in your life or those you've attracted in the past?
What if it isn't that you're a "difficult" person but instead you've learned difficult "processing" in order to survive?
A devastating fact about suffering CPTSD symptoms is that most of us don't even know we have it.
With PTSD getting most of the attention these days,
Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
takes a backseat leaving victims dis-regulated and headed toward auto-immune disorders.
With our bodies, our minds, and our souls dis-aligned, we're left with an option of anti-depressant numbness or worse, a disease. What if there's a better way to new processing?

Introduction
Living and dealing with CPTSD (Complex-Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and childhood trauma processing dysregulation takes immense resilience and courage. As if one is searching for an unknown source of pain in the body...the confusion, seeking, searching, and healing process can feel disconcerting, if not down-right exhausting. It's no wonder the majority of sufferers end up with chronic fatigue syndrome, an auto-immune disorder, depression, or worse.
Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a condition where prolonged exposure to trauma, where the victim could not escape, control, or rational the circumstances or abuse, and the mind was forced to develop in the trauma. Not only do PTSD-like symptoms present but an extra C
is added to the acronym (C + PTSD = CPTSD) to indicate a slightly more COMPLEX type of PTSD BECAUSE THE MIND LEARNED TO
PROCESS IN A DYSREGLATED WAY TO SURVIVE and that continues on with many other areas of life until healed. What this means in a nutshel is, not only does the sufferer experience PTSD symptoms of feeling threatened, being avoidant, and re-traumatized from flashbacks/triggers, there are added symptoms causing the PTSD to be more C omplex. These are consistent overwhelming emotion paired with underwhelming logic (mind dis-alignment), a negative self-concept (lack of self-love), and interpersonal disturbances (lack of self-worth).
Most who experience traumatic events may have temporary difficulty adjusting and coping (PTSD), but with time and good self-care, they get better. If the symptoms get worse, last for months or even years, and thus interfere with day-to-day
