1.) Introductions
There was a time when the idea of eating healthy didn't really cross people's minds; instead, they ate what their mothers prepared for dinner and went to work. The distinction between that culture and today's society is that science was done on their feet in the field, rather than behind a computer screen. If it's in the countryside or on the floor of a factory, People worked physically and it was the only way to live, which is why it was considered work in the first place! People could eat whatever they wanted at this period because they were burning much more calories than they were eating.
But, as in all good stuff, it came to an end, and the technology in today's world has left us with only one condition: obesity. Our lifestyles have dramatically improved, and our comforts have multiplied tenfold. Any rose has its thorn, and our ability to live comfortably and work less has started to appear around the waistline of our culture.
The bad news is that when you gain weight, the situation gets more serious. Extra weight means disease, whether it's diabetes or a heart attack. If you don't do something about it, it'll eventually show up. You must be proactive when it comes to weight gain, and you must battle it off before you no longer have leverage. It's not so much about getting toned and sculpted as it is about being at a healthy weight. You will focus on your abs later; for now, what you need to do is lose some weight. People are struggling to keep up and work from behind while society knows what is going on and that we are all overweight. They are attempting to shed pounds and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
