Cafe of Villainy - Chapter Three

About this ebook
A teenager, a doctor, and an imposter sat in my café. The three of them have no idea what I had planned for them. But waiting was boring.
So. I let each of them tell me a story.
I already knew bits and pieces of each one of their stories, from when I scouted them. But as they began, I started to wonder who these three people truly were. And why were they so willing to meet with me.
The teenager, who was known around our crime riddled city for slicing and dicing up complainers, was such a nice girl at heart. Then there was the doctor, who stitched his beloved daughter back together. And my personal favourite, the imposter who needed to take someone else's face to stay alive.
Well. I should confess to them about my intentions. But I'm not bringing them together to hear about the heroes they've killed, or what made them into such monsters. Or how they got away with doing such beautiful work, for such a long time. But I have a job for them.
I wonder if they'll take it?

Chapter Three
The Imposter
Walking into the café, I saw them. The three perfect humans with very little flaws. I knew each one of them, by a single glance. The teenager was clearly a monster. She was disguising herself, with an innocent smile on her face. The teenager seemed used to pretending, just like the rest of them. Every human I took the face of, was the same.
They each pretended to be someone else. Either someone they wanted to be. Or someone, who they were, even for just a second.
Even the teenager knew she wasn’t the person, which she made others see. She was clearly used to putting on an act for people. I wondered if she was the cannibal, which the businesswoman told me about. If so, she didn’t look like someone who would eat others and watch them suffer for her own amusement. But the smile on her face, made me wonder.
The cannibal teenager was probably the worse one out of the three of them. She was clearly a monster, disguising herself as someone else. And her teenager attitude was the most obnoxious. She must’ve noticed me staring at her. I was trying to get to know why she would put on such an act, even if she didn’t like it.
While, across from the cannibal teenager was the uptight businesswoman. The uptight businesswoman who is clearly the one running the show. She was a bit harder for me to read, like she was trying to fool me. But frankly, I could've been careless about her. For all that I knew, she called all of us here for some kind of trap. She clearly was an uptight businesswoman with a plan. From what I can tell, her plans are pretty good one.
But then my eyes saw him.
And he was different from the rest.
The pretty smoking hot man sitting at the table. Now he was something worth stealing the face off. He was differently an eye-catcher. And I couldn't believe my eyes at first. He threw me back to another time. A time when I was a child. A time before I became the monster, I became today. Back when, I was pure and had a friend.
My friend looked like the doctor. He was
