Feeling entitled to make your own decisions creates a sense of empowerment. Women's empowerment is all about equipping and allowing women to make life-determining decisions through the different problems in society.
Alternatively, it is the process for women to redefine gender roles that allows them to acquire the ability to choose between known alternatives whom have otherwise been restricted from such an ability. There are several principles defining women's empowerment such as, for one to be empowered, they must come from a position of disempowerment. For example: A stripper no longer has to take off her clothes to get money and now is a receptionist for a respectable company. Empowerment stems from self-respect. Furthermore, one must acquire empowerment themselves rather than have it given to them by an external party. Other studies have found that empowerment definitions entail people having the capability to make important decisions in their lives while also being able to act on them.
To all the little girls who are watching this, never doubt that you are valuable and powerful, and deserving of every chance and opportunity in the world to pursue and achieve your own dreams.
Hillary Clinton

You don't have to be pretty. You don't owe prettiness to anyone. Not to your boyfriend/spouse/partner, not to your co-workers, especially not to random men on the street. You don't owe it to your mother, you don't owe it to your children, you don't owe it to civilization in general. Prettiness is not a rent you pay for occupying a space marked 'female.'
Erin McKean

GOD’S CREATION
––––––––
God created men with a lot of imperfections and so he created women to make them prefect is a say..But now we are all talking about women empowerment in the society so what kind of thought are you trying to inculcate in every woman's mind?
Are you trying to say that you are better than us and make us feel pacified with your words..We seriously aren't wanting such says, all we demand is not to be a perfect human being but to be the same as imperfect as the other co-human.
Why do you even compare a women to a goddess? To give us a feeling of higher authority or to inculcate such feel in our mind and to keep us in their eye sight.
Do you still believe women empowerment happens in a country if a women becomes the Vice president of a country, seriously no it means she has done something and deserves the place she stands.
Appreciate if a human achieves something be it anything small or anything big, don't do it for it being a women.
No women expects empowerment here, all they need is a stand which others deny and decide it for them.
IF SHE ATTAINS THE POSITION.....
––––––––
If a women becomes an Entrepreneur or if she attains a higher position, the very next minute people say she sets an example for the other women.. Why doesn't people understand that she has done something very normal as of what other co-human has done..Yes of course she has achieved something great
