Giving honor to God first and always for allowing me to flourish in my gift. The idea to write a Christmas story came out of the blue while speaking on the phone with MarZé Scott, my fellow sister scribe. The television just happened to be on the Hallmark channel, playing Christmas movie marathons. I never watch that station and was trying to figure out why it was on. I later found out that my mother-in-love asked my husband if we had the Hallmark channel, and he surfed the guide until he came upon it, then left the tv tuned to that station. I found myself enthralled in the merriness for hours as I penned this story.
