Introduction

Many people look to others to be their guru. The truth is that you are your own guru. This book is about helping you to help yourself. It offers techniques, tips, and tools to connect you with your Spirit and ET Guides and your Multidimensional Self.

1. Contact

Contact is not what most believe! From little green men (though they do exist), to being able to walk up and have a coffee with a Spirit or ET Being, these are the types of things that those who are uninformed think of when pondering what Contact is or might be like. Many people also say, When they land on the White House lawn, then I’ll believe it.

I don’t want anyone to blindly believe me. I want people to experience these things themselves. I cannot blame anyone who is sceptical. Being sceptical is healthy, but blindly believing and not investigating is ignorant, and people do themselves an injustice when they are not open-minded and when they don’t investigate. The truth about Contact is that it is a lot more amazing than most think. Just like the saying goes, Fact is stranger than fiction. It truly is.

The people reading this (you, the reader) will be coming at Contact and connecting with your Guides from two different angles: from the point of view of an Experiencer (someone who has had or is having Contact), or not as an Experiencer. With this said, if you are an Experiencer, this book will be of benefit because it offers help with Contact, tuning in, and useful information for you to help others do the same. By no means does this book include everything on this subject, but rather it offers just tips and tools from my own experience.

Something that needs to be looked at here, before we go any further, is that you are all Experiencers already. Yes! You who are reading this have had Contact.

People have this huge preconceived notion about what Contact is or would be, because most have been brained-washed through the media, Hollywood movies, and so on. It has been done in a way that keeps you from the reality of Contact and how it really is, along with also keeping you away from your multidimensional mind, which is of key importance, as we are multidimensional Beings.
