    Lakhula ishishini kwadingeka ukuba makafune umntu wesibini ukuncedisa umgawuli. Naye lo mfo ufikayo wathenjiswa ngokunikwa umvuzo oqingqiweyo ngomthi ngamnye awugawulileyo. Imivuzo yabo babeyihlawulwa qho ngeveki ngoLwesihlanu.

    Ziqengqelekile iiveki lo mfo kudala ekho waqaphel’ ukuba umafik’ izolo lo ufumana umvuzo othe kratya kunowakhe. Wagqiba kwelokuba makakhe ayokuyiqonda kumphathi lento kuba yena yayingamphathanga kamnandi. Esakube embuzile umphathi ukuba kungani ugxa wakhe athi efika kodwa amodlule ngomvuzo?     Yintoni ulawulo?

    Ulawulo yinkqubo yokunika umkhombandlela kumbutho (organization) ukuze ukwazi ukufezekisa imigomo neenjongo zawo ngokusebenzisa izixhobo onazo ngokufanelekileyo nangokukuko kwindawo osebenza kuyo.

    Ngenxa yokuba izinto zingatolikeki ngokufanayo nangokuthe twatse ukusuka kolunye ulwimi ukuya kolunye, ndithanda ukuyikhumsha le nkcazelo ingentl’ apha ngolu hlobo:

    Management is the process of directing an organization towards achievement of its goals and objectives through use of available resources effectively and efficiently in the environment in which it operates.

    Ngxatsho ke ntwakuthi! Ukuba ubunenye inkcazelo yolawulo engasondelanga kule ndiyinikeze ngentl’ apha ndikucela ngesihle ukuba uyithathe uyifake kwingxowa yeplastiki uyiqhinele elityeni uyokuyiphosa elwandle, wakugqiba ukuyiphosa ungajongi ngemva xa ubuyela ekhaya.

    Kuqeqesho ebendilwenza loo maneja, abanye bebesithi ulawulo kukunika imiyalelo kubasebenzi, abanye bathi kukuqinisekisa ukuba abasebenzi benza lento kufuneka beyenzile kanti ke abanye bebengabhali kwampendulo kulo mbuzo. Le mibuzo ibiyile ingentla nawe uzivavanye kuyo.
