Introduction

During my training to become a birth & bereavement Doula, I studied a section that gave insight into what birth looks like at any gestation. As a mama who has given birth three times, two times during the first trimester of pregnancy and the third time being the full-term birth of my double-rainbow, I stopped on those words: first trimester birth.
