Day 1
Focus on Jesus
Anyone who has ever tried to capture a quality photograph understands how important it is to ensure the proper focus. A good photographer knows how to bring the main subject of his or her photo into focus while allowing all other objects to fade in the background. With that in mind, we should think like a photographer as we view life around us.
Every moment of any day, we have plenty of objects and people that may be in our picture.
However, we can choose which ones we will bring into focus and which ones we will let fade into the background. Those decisions make a huge difference on our attitude and perspective!
When it comes to choosing our focus in everyday life, the writer of Hebrews urges us to run with endurance the race that God has set before us. We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus
(Hebrews 12:1-2a, NLT). The greatest key to succeeding in the race of life is to focus on Jesus!
While there are millions of distractions that can get us off course, focusing on Jesus keeps us on the right track. Make a decision to set Jesus as your top priority in life, and keep Him first and foremost. Every
