Brother Jackson (Br. J.)
T.R. – Let’s talk about the game of poker for a while, if you please.
Br. J. – It’s the best job on the planet, it’s better than robbing a bank, and you get to walk out the door and keep the money, and you don’t have to carry a gun, unless you want to.
The only thing you have to worry about is getting robbed, or taxes.
If one plays the way I do, then poke is 80% skill, 20% luck.
Other pro’s will say 70% skill, and 30% luck, but I play tighter than they do.
Gambling is for tourists, pro’s always keep the odds in their favor, there for you’re not really gambling.
I don’t gamble! When need be, I take a calculated risk, I never call it gambling because in the long run, you win, always, so you can’t call that gambling.
Gambling is what one does with sports or the craps table. Why do you think they all at a crap table? Because that’s where the tourists go to get crapped on.
But, there are ways to beat the crap table, as well as roulette.
Some of those things I am obliged to keep quiet about for now, like how to beat the machines.
The last thing I need is to get barred from the casinos, they frown on anyone giving away their secrets. So be it
You just learn to keep the odds in your favor at all times. That is the way the casinos make their money. They get a piece of every tourist that walks through their door. At the end of the day, all these little pieces add up to one big pile of money. They
