We know that we should not repeat the same actions if we want things in our lives to change. And yet, we seem to be creatures of habit, falling into routines and thought patterns that are often detrimental. We tell ourselves that’s just the way I am.
However, we see others change, get inspired by that, and try doing the same but fail yet again. We wonder, what is their secret? Why can they get it done? What’s wrong with me?
Nothing is wrong with us. It isn’t a secret. It’s a learnable skill and process. We can also get it done with understanding and application of the same principles that successful people use. There really are keys to success. There is nothing new under the sun; the principles are as old as time and spelled out in one of the oldest texts in the world, the
