Introduction
Asingle mother must know what her son needs so that he has the opportunity and is able to develop successfully. Men from such households rarely open up about their experiences so it's impossible to know what they need and how they are feeling.
Many single mothers don't have the time or simply don't understand what their sons need from them. And men who come from such households have daddy issues, like they often claim women who are raised without a father have.
There isn't enough energy being directed towards this issue and this bothers me and has always bothered me. There are young men being raised by their mother, the male figure is absent.
And if you think about this, without his father your son was only getting half of his development. He's only receiving half of what he needs in order to be successful he must see and be taught how to love, provide for and lead a family because one day that young man is going to have a family of his own and he'll have no clue how to lead them and what they need from him.
His children then will grow having not received what is needed for them to develop successfully and to be successful. Your son will be forced to learn on his own and this isn't fair because it wasn't his choice to be born.
