    Writing Business Plan

    Techniques of Writing Business Plan

A business plan is a written statement that conveys a set of goals that a business believes it can achieve, the reasons why it believes it is attainable, and the steps that is in place for reaching those goals, and the team the organization/business has that will enable it accomplish everything.

A business plan enables the business to have an objective glimpse of the future; three to five (3-5) years, and as such guide the organization on how scarce resources can be best allocated by focusing on key objectives, and also foretell the possible challenges and opportunities that will be encountered during the projected period.

The mindset that believe that only new business needs to describe their business idea (for just to access loan) in the form of a business is not only false but detrimental to the business and such business is a potential candidate for systemic business failure.

    2. The business plan will be convincing enough to potential investors that the participants will be able to manage the project and guarantee the safety of investors’ funds

    3. Provide a standard platform on which the business future decisions and results are evaluated.
