Joe travels extensively and meets many interesting people, and almost daily these people hear some of his adventures and urge him to share his stories with others for education and entertainment.  This short story provides some of the highlights of this life.

Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Delaware Valley College in Business Administration/Computer Science and his Master of Science Degree from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Aeronautical Science/Safety. Recently, he received his Doctorate in Divinity from ULC.

Joe has worked in the aviation industry all his life with such prestigious companies as: AlliedSignal Aerospace-Bendix/King, Pan Am/Simcom, FlightSafety International, and currently working with Signature Flight Support as the Manager of Government and Military Operations.  Joe has also been involved with Civilian Astronaut Training and low orbit flight testing with Santa Fe Rocket Racing Team.

CHAPTER 1:  EARLY LIFE

People that I meet are surprised to learn that I grew up on 350 acres in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania.  Actually, it was just South of the famed mountains in a place outside of Allentown, PA.  Yes, the same place that singer Billy Joel sung about in the 1980s.  My sister and I lived on an estate with my parents in an old Revolutionary War survived home, called the Gate House.

The house was actually the Gate House to the Estate where a guard manned a wooden gate to keep non-guests from entering the premises.
