Dedication
This book is dedicated to my pastor’s wife, Christie Thompson. This book edifies mothers, sisters, aunts, nieces, and grandmothers everywhere. As well as, those women in the ministry of serving, caring, and praying for others endlessly. These women of God answer the call, and petition God to reach Heaven for others. Sometimes they lose sleep, feel exhausted and have calluses on their knees, but they continue to pray. Their prayer lists are never ending because they truly travail without ceasing. Therefore, this book is to assist them when they just cannot find the right words to pray.
Introduction
Popcorn was first introduced in 1820 in America, as a whole grain. The popcorn kernel has three parts, the food supply (endosperm), the seed (germ), and the outer covering (pericarp). The kernel is popped when the small amount of water and the oil inside heats, and the pressure caused the popcorn to expand 40-50% its size. Forming a butterfly or mushroom shape. Plain popcorn health benefits include increased fiber; which lowers the risks of heart attacks, stroke, and cholesterol levels. Moreover, fiber regulates bowel movements, blood sugar, and insulin levels. Plain popcorn contains approximately 30 calories, and enhances a feeling of fullness, prevents hunger, and is low in saturated fats. Popcorn contains manganese, which prevents osteoporosis and shapes healthy, and strong bones.
Just as popcorn is heated under pressure, the Popcorn Woman rises to the occasion to pray whenever needed. She intercedes regardless
