The Ultimate Treasure
Cultivating a Deep-Seated and Ever-Present Hunger for God
The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field

Dedication
To Jesus Christ, the Redeemer and Beautifier of my life. The One who considers me a treasure enough to seek me and save me even with His own life. To the Holy Spirit, my best Companion, Teacher and Friend who takes me by the hands and answers every question of my heart and gives me the full assurance of the Presence of God in me. To my Abba Father in Heaven, the One whose thoughts define me and design my Realities! To the glory of the One True God, the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. May the desires of all nations be unto Him forever!
Understanding the Parables of the Kingdom
Jesus told so many parables in which He gave us a picture of what the Kingdom of God and of Heaven is like using the known to introduce the unknown. In Matthew chapter 13 verse 14, Jesus describes the kingdom of heaven as a treasure hid in a field. There is a need for us to pay attention to the known that Jesus calls our attention to so that through them we might have access to the unknown that He is revealing to us. Through the parables, we can see the mind of Christ revealed more clearly. If you try to understand the unknown without thinking along the lines of the known, the unknown will probably remain unknown still.
So, take this journey with me in this book as I share how the Holy Spirit stirred my heart in the direction of seeking to possess all that is available for me in God through this parable of Jesus Christ and you too can expect a burning desire for the attainment of the height that has been set for you in God and possess everything for which He has laid hold of you. It is not just enough to know the word of God and do your best to obey the word of God, we must press in to know until we become one with the word of God. It is the express desires of God that everything He has spoken in the word concerning us as children of the kingdom will find expression in our lives. We will not be satisfied until we have seen the reality of the word and the presence of God becomes more than our daily devotion, but our vocation. We will become everything that He has written about us and that He has desired for us and until that is our experience, we will not stop to seek Him and long for more of Him.
I believe that our journey in God will be an endless journey, it is an eternal journey which we are never meant to graduate from. The higher we rise in God we discover the higher there is yet to attain, the deeper we go in Him the deeper there is yet to go, we can never have enough of Him until we come to fullness measure of the stature of Christ. The stature that Paul in Ephesians 4 says we are to attain to as the body of Christ is not the stature of Paul or Peter or any great prophet but the fullness of the measure of the stature of Christ. God has set for us a goal, a high calling above which there is nothing higher. It is becoming like the Christ in all the fullness of that possibility.
My heart burned with thirst and hunger and a deep-seated desire for more of God and all of Him that is available unto man. If anyone has ever had it, then I want it and I can have it. Jesus described to us that the man of the earth can through the faith process obtain heaven’s treasure while on the earth. You cannot subdue the earth when all you have is earth bound. It takes something of heaven to dominate and rule the earth and have dominion in the earth according to the original design for Adam in creation which
