Introduction

I have been hearing an increasing call to write a book that explains relationships. And with the answers to many of life’s questions that this domain of life brings, and the challenges that it all too often creates. I have been looking at this concept from many different angles, pondering how best to begin.

And like many of the great mentors of today will tell you, there is no better way than to just begin. And so begin I shall.

As I start to examine how best to pursue the discussion of relationships, from the perspective of the masculine, or the feminine for example, I was struck by how similar both of these views really are.

Now I know, I probably lost most of you with that concept. For not only have I written about how different men and women are, but depending on which topic or text you pick up, that would tend to be the general consensus out in the world as well. But, for a moment, let us put aside these physical differences--as well as the animal characteristics of our world of forms--and look at a very important truth.

Irrespective of who we are, man or woman, the first person that we are in relationship with is ourselves. And that means realistically, with our sexuality. For ultimately, that is the first step in the process. So, with that concept firmly in mind, I will re-introduce you to one of my first books, Yin & Yang, in order for the reader to get thoroughly familiar with this work.

For without a profound understanding of the Law of Gender and how it acts on us in our everyday existence, there is no real way that we can then progress onward in life, or at least, not successfully.

Once we have at least given some consideration to this conversation, we can then move forward in a relationship with someone significant in this life. And depending on how well we assimilated our primary relationship (with ourselves), it will determine how functional this next step in our evolution in relationships will be.

Why is that do you ask?

Well think about it. If on some level you are operating from a dis-functional level in your own inter-personal relationship with yourself, what are the odds that your relationships with another being are going to work? Coming from Universal Law (see All of the Universal Laws and Principles Governing Life), that really isn’t possible.

So, if that is the case, then based on the Mirror Principle, our relationships are really just showing us the dysfunctions in our relationship with ourselves. In order to support you in witnessing just at what level you are in those relationships, I will re-introduce you to another of my books, ‘It’s Easy to Be a Master, When You aren’t Emotionally Involved’.

This book will have you be real in how your relationships are evolving, and see some of the lessons that are to be learned from the cosmic mirror that you are seeing yourself in. With the lessons that you have learned about yourself from that relationship, and the discoveries that you make as a result of reformulating the basic relationship that you have with yourself, there is a possibility of healing the original neurosis that is causing the dysfunction in your inter-personal relationships.

And finally, for the spiritual seeker, on a quest to rise into the highest of all possible relationships (that of the higher self, and not of the ego), I have included a new text as the conclusion of the Relationship series. I will call this, ‘The Marriage of the Soul’. This is an aspect of soul union, or re-uniting the twin flame of consciousness that occurred when your original spirit was birthed into this universe of form at the beginning of time.

So enjoy, . . . for the education, the understanding, the lessons and the possibilities are infinite, and with the release of ego conditioned limiting beliefs, there is the chance that all of us can experience pure freedom and the ecstasy of divine love.

A study

of Universal Energy

when applied to

the Law of Gender

When the universe was created, however many billions of years ago, quite a few Universal laws sprang into being simultaneously. There are many to explore, and in my first book, ‘All The Universal Laws and Principles Governing Life’, I cover them all in detail. For the purposes of this book we are going to take a closer look at two of them, The Law of Polarity, and the Law of Gender.

The first Law, the Law of Polarity states:

This Universal Law states that everything is on a continuum and has an opposite. We can suppress and transform undesirable thoughts by concentrating on the opposite pole. It is the law of mental vibrations.

This is the law that gives us electricity; this law gives us every opposite in the universe. Hot and cold, up and down, night and day, love and fear. This law can be defined as Yin and Yang.

If we look to wikpedia for the definition of yin and yang we get:

The dual concepts of yin and yang, or the single concept yin-yang, originate in ancient Chinese philosophy and metaphysics. This describes two primal opposing but complementary principles or cosmic forces said to be found in all non-static objects and processes in the universe. This concept is the cornerstone for Taoism and traditional Chinese medicine.

Then when we apply The Law of Gender to the Law of Polarity, we get the masculine and the feminine. This occurs in almost every species in order to create propagation. There must be the masculine and the feminine in order to reproduce, for the survival not just of a species, but also of the Universe.

This is represented in the following definitions:

Yin: translated literally, "shady place, north slope (hill), south bank (river); cloudy, overcast. It is the dark element: it is passive, dark, feminine, and downward-seeking, corresponds to the night.

Yang, translated literally, "sunny place, south slope (hill), north bank (river); sunshine. It is the bright element: it is active, light, masculine, and upward-seeking and corresponds to the day.

Yin is often symbolized by water or earth, while yang is symbolized by fire or wind.

Yin (the receptive, feminine, dark, passive force) and yang (the creative, masculine, bright, active force) are descriptions of complementary opposites rather than absolutes.

What does that mean?

Does that mean that the energies are automatically present in equal amounts in the sex that represents the energy? Or is there another way that the energies are manifest? And if so, how are they represented?
