You've been taught to look at food as healthy or unhealthy - fattening or lean. Those perspectives, however, are only partially true...
This kit dives into those absolutes, and defines new truths about your food that will show you how to burn the energy you consume - NOT store it! The battle most people are fighting today, is a surplus storage of energy. Everyone who is trying to figure out how to get rid of that stored energy is finding it to be quite difficult, and mostly exasperating. They are unknowingly slowing and damaging their metabolism by dieting. Up until now, this is the only thing we have been taught to do.
We at Roic + Bru believe dieting
to be a dirty word. We also believe that it’s a mistake to fixate only on your weight. However, ignoring it entirely would also be a mistake - as it’s a helpful marker in measuring your hormonal and metabolic health. With that being said, we talk a lot about fat-burning
, and are advocates of creating an environment in your body where fat-burning is the norm. It will be important for you to understand that this term is simply a way of saying that your body has burned the energy you have consumed, and is now burning the excess energy that you have stored, if any. We have found a way to quantify what eating to live

There are so many fads out there: low carb, low fat, carbo loading, high fat, intermittent fasting, no carbs past noon, no noon past carbs....and so on. They all boast results, but if you are anything like me, those diet regimens are not sustainable!
I needed to find a different road in order to live the healthy life I wanted to live. My goal was a healthy immune and digestive system, a strong body and emotional well-being. I was sick and tired of jumping from one fad to another to only find myself unhealthier, weaker and more deficient than ever! Not to mention, each one of these so called diets always restricted something. Not only did I feel my body begin
