    Have you been told all your life that, You’ll grow out of it, or you should, Settle down and get a real job!

    Well, what if I told you that could be weird and make money? What if your family, friends, and other well-meaning folks (like your long-lost high school guidance counselor) were just ill-prepared to help your unique self? Their advice wasn’t wrong, really, it wasn’t right for you? 

    I want to show you how you can figure out what’s most important to you and give you the tools to design the life YOU want. Not the one you were told you should want.

    I want you to be as weird as you can be, fly your freak flag as high as it can go, and make a living while doing so. There is a place for you in this world; it just doesn’t look like the one you were told to expect to find. And there’s nothing (inherently) wrong with the one you were told about, except that it doesn’t fit you and your unique genius. Here’s how I see it:

    So what do I mean when I say, Be Weird, Make Money? A lot of people ask me that, wondering if they should scared or offended. Well here’s what I came up with, which is by no means a comprehensive list:

    Being weird and making money means…

    Getting to dive deep into interests, passions, hobbies and make money doing it. If you want to, that is. Not everything you love is going to bring in income, that’s just the truth of it. But, it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t do the things you love. In that case, we need to find you what my mentor Barbara Sher calls a, Good Enough Job. She defines that as being a job that will, A) Pay the bills, B) isn’t more than 40 hours a week, and C) isn’t a toxic environment.  One very talented woman I saw speak once was talking about how she
