    The Love Orb, designed to encompass the earth with life and love, is composed of several halos, each existing on different fundamental levels which are designed to blur and bond on certain levels, while maintaining sovereignty and independence on other levels, such that the local Shire Capitalist government, existing on one halo, has been designed with complete sovereignty between it and the Kingdom’s Fantasia Socialist government existing on the other.  Outside of both the Capitalist and the Socialist is the Trinity halo as a bonding agent through the Moralist and Jezreel as a bonding agent through the Humanist.

    Architect Memorial: After the passing of the Architect (the Sponsor of the Love Orb Revolution) a memorial will be built outside of the palace of the Prince at a location of his or her choosing, where the Architect and his spouse will be laid to rest.  The memorial will contain the following message in English (and other languages if the Prince so desires) from the Architect to his friend the King: "I’d give you the world, though one cannot give you the things that are already yours, so I gave you my all heart and my life, for I love you, and oh how I’ve missed you." After the passage of the Love Orb, the halo of communication will establish link where the Architect may consider modifications to the Love Orb.  The first national election greater than one year after his passing the proposed alterations will be placed on the ballot to be passed by a majority vote of the people of the Kingdom.

    I. The Halo of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob (a.k.a. Israel), Joseph, and Ephraim

    I-A The Human Components of Halo of Ephraim

    *T Transparent Class Citizen

    I-A1 Lords (fulfillment of Many Kings Promise[i]) *T Lords have been set in place to ensure the integrity and sovereignty of the city and shire government. No shire, city, or lord will enter any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marque and reprisal; coin money; emit bills of credit; use only Oz approved methods of payments debts; pass any bill of attainder, ex-post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts; grant any title of nobility; or lay any imposts or duties on imports or exports. No shire, city, or lord will, lay any duty of tonnage or keep troops or ships of war, or, in time of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another shire or realm or with a foreign power or engage in war, unless invaded or in such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.[ii]

    I-A2 Minority Advocates: *T As the runner-up candidate to the elected lord each Minority Advocate has been set in place to ensure the rights of his or her city’s minority as well as to prevent the tyranny of the lords.

    I-A3 Humanity (fulfillment of Stars of the Sky Promise[iii]) was used to ensure the integrity of the Kingdom from the ground level up. (Preamble of the Love Orb) We, the People, lay claim to creation’s deed that we are heirs of the earth, as granted through the wisdom and glory of Love (YHWH), our Gods of Life (Elohim).[iv] We hold that human-beings, as Love’s creation, are His subjects and not man’s.[v] Knowing history, from the fall of the angels to the example shown by all civilizations, tyranny grows from the pride and arrogance that motivate people to impose their will over our Preordainers (Adonoi). That tyranny, through the use of the law that resulted from eating the forbidden fruit, is the bondage of all humanity.  It is this bondage that separated us from Love using the law, hindering our aspirations and those of our forefathers. We hold true that the people are bound before our Gods of Death (HaElohim) for the laws and statutes of their nation, and it is, therefore, their sovereign right to set laws among themselves as they deem justified, until the return of our Royal Highness and Savior.  That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among humanity, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form as to seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.  All power and government authority in dispute, when this document does not explicitly specify the source of authority, are hereby given to the people through the power of the vote.  Any private entity, whether religious or secular, or any person, whether a citizen of the kingdom or not, may use the court system to maintain his or her rights, as well as to prosecute any public officials or entities who, by means of their office, abuse any rights, liberties, or freedoms intended for a person, the people, or a private entity. In such cases, the burden of proof will reside with the public entity to prove where the Love Orb or the laws passed by public vote explicitly deny, tax, regulate, or restrict a person, the people, a business, or a private, secular, or religious entity from the expressed or desired right, power, authority, privilege, or lack thereof. This Love Orb, and the laws of Jezreel that shall be made in pursuance thereof, and all treaties made or that shall be made under the authority of the Kingdom, will be the supreme law of the land, and the judges in every shire and realm will be bound thereby, notwithstanding anything in the Love Orb or the laws of any realm or shire to the contrary. All public figures voted into office will be bound by oath or affirmation to support this Love Orb and will be the servants of the people of our office.[vi]

    I-A3a Human Rights: Everyone within the Kingdom’s borders is subject to the jurisdiction thereof and as citizens of humanity are citizens of the Kingdom and of the shire wherein they reside.  Anyone may sue for redress as provided by law from a halo, or a public entity, in case the person (or people) has suffered damage through the illegal act of any public official. Citizens of any given shire may place a ballot measure for the removal of any local judge.  The enumeration in the Love Orb, of certain rights, will not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.   The powers not delegated to the Kingdom by the Love Orb, nor prohibited by it to the shires, are reserved to the shires respectively, or to the people.  No shire shall make or enforce any law, which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the Kingdom; nor shall any shire deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

    I-A3b Freedom of Voice: The freedom of the press and of speech, neither foreign or domestic, shall not be infringed.  No law shall be accepted respecting an establishment of the press (either foreign or domestic) or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.   No media organization, not-for-profit organization, religious organization or person may be fined, suppressed or penalized through legislation or existing law on the basis that the opinions presented are not fair or balanced.  Every person, foreign or domestic, will have the right to peacefully petition for the redress of damage, for the removal of public officials, for the enactment, repeal or amendment of laws, ordinances or regulations, and for other matters; nor shall any person be in any way discriminated against for sponsoring such a petition.

    I-A3c Equality: No title of nobility will be granted by the Kingdom outside of the family line of the Prince of the Covenant:  No political party or person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall without consent of the Shire Fellowship to which that person holds office or halo to where they hold office to accept any present or emolument beyond the rules set in place through Oz or through public vote. Honorary office or title, of any kind whatsoever, from any foreign leader, or foreign country is subject to review of the Twilight Zone halo within the rules set in place for Transparent Class Citizens.

    I-A3d Freedom of Body: Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party will have been duly convicted, shall exist within the Kingdom, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

    I-A3e Citizenship: Five and only five forms of citizenship shall be established: Independent class (see Ephraim Halo), Immigrant class (see Trinity Halo), Dependent class (see Fruit of the Spirit Halo), Criminal class (see Justice Halo), and Transparent Class (see Communication and Oz Halos).  Citizenship status will never be determined by race, ethnicity, wealth, sexual origin, and sexual preference among consenting adults or religion.

    I-A3f Voting Jurisdiction: Citizens may vote for proposals in the shire they work as well as the shire they live. Citizens that live in a city, but do not work there will vote for the lordship candidates running for office with the property tax percentage for each homeowner next to his or her name. Citizens who work, but do not live in a city will be allowed to vote for a lord with income tax percentage next to his or her name. Citizens who work and live in the same city will be allowed to the vote for a lord with the property tax and income tax next to his or her name. Work is defined by the Independent class criteria and will be limited to one working city as defined by that citizen’s last registration. For students, work would be defined as the city where the student attends college, whereas a pastor work would be in the city of his church. Dependent citizens over the age of eighteen who are dependent class due to their employment may vote in the shire and city they live if the unemployment rate reaches over 25% in which case their vote will be given full value. Vagrants have the right to register at city hall so that their right to vote will not be infringed. DNA, fingerprint identification, or other methods as determined by public vote, will be used to ensure no duplication registration or identity fraud is committed under such circumstances. Biometrics methods and/or legal picture identification through a national database must be used to verify the identity of every voter as well as verify that they only voted once.   When a person lives and works in two different cities, the voter may vote for two lords, one in each city, but may not vote for the proposals and other candidates twice and are only issued a ballot in the city of their residence.  When a person works and lives in two different realms their residence, not their work location will determine their realm, unless the voter is part of the family of another halo, then their vote for Shepherd would align with the realm supporting that other halo. The communication halo will assist the shire voting structure so that travelers may vote on election day remotely, allowing the voter to vote from any voting location they desire within the Kingdom’s borders. Individuals that have been issued a warrant for an arrest and have failed to turn themselves in for a time greater than 15 days will not be allowed to vote. Police and law enforcement bodies have the right to immediate notification and arrest of these individuals. Citizens on trial, but not yet convicted of a crime will be entitled vote and have their vote counted.   In all elections, secrecy of the ballot shall not be violated. A voter shall not be answerable, publicly or privately, for the choice he or she has made or for proposals endorsed. How individual citizens, who are not transparent class citizens, vote for proposals online or on the ballot on election day may not be displayed to the public, but will be available to themselves so that each citizen will be given the opportunity to confirm his or her online vote, and if a disparity is discovered they may issue a dispute. In shires where citizens may cast their vote prior to election day, up until the time the polls are closed citizens are empowered to change their vote at their discretion. Each citizen should also have the right to see his or her own voting history to dispute the findings if he or she so desires. The website may, however, identify the political affiliation of the voter for political public information purposes, unless the voter requests otherwise.

    I-A3f1 Modes of Election within Ephraim Halo *P: Voter Selection is to be given publicly.

    I-A3f1a People’s Election: Voting First-class Citizens.

    I-A3f1b Lords Election: *P The lords of the Kingdom are to publicly hold a town-hall meeting to hear from the people of his or her city.  Once all sides have had a chance to speak, the Lord will publicly announce cast his or her vote. Elements of this document alterable through the Lords Election.

    I-A3f1c Shire Fellowship Election: *P Vote the of lords of the shire. In the event of a tie, the Shire Ring Bear’s vote will take precedence.

    I-A3g Independent Class Citizen a.k.a. Responsible Adults: To become an Independent Class citizen, a person must pass the qualifications to be a Dependent Class citizen, plus any one or a combination of the following:

    I-A3g1 Be employed part-time or fulltime.  Part-time work must be a minimum of ten hours a week on average.  A person may retain his or her first-class citizenship even while unemployed for a time span of one day for every ten working days, provided the individual was not terminated due to criminal activity or fraudulent behavior.  Unemployed days that are accumulated expire only after they are used or by the commission of a felony.  Unemployed days may not be used to retain Independent Class citizenship during time periods of Criminal Class citizenship ordered by the court for certain crimes. 

    I-A3g2 Engage in fulltime (religious or otherwise) volunteer work.   Homeschooling a child or children will
