    Dialing a Call Manually

    Note: Soft pause means a 2-second pause. Hard pause means it will pause the dialing until you tap the Dial button.

    Answering a Call

    While receiving a call, you can press the On/Off button once or either volume button to silence the ringtone. You can still answer the call after silencing it. 

    Press the On/Off button twice or tap Decline to decline the call and send it to voicemail.

    During a Call

    While during a call, you should see below options on the screen:

    Dialing an Emergency Call

    You can still dial an emergency call when iPhone is locked.

    Adding Contacts to Favorites

    There are two ways adding contacts to Favorites.

    Option one:

    Open your Phone app, and go to Favorites tab.

    Select a contact to view contact details.

    Option two:

    Open your Contacts app, and find the contact you would like to add.

    Managing Favorites List

    Edit your Favorites list in Favorites tab.

    Checking Call Details

    You can check recent call details in Recents tab.

    Answering the Second Call

    When another call comes in while you are already on the phone:

    Handling Multiple Calls

    Note: With CDMA, you can't switch calls if the second call was outgoing. But you can merge the calls. If you end a merged call, both calls will be ended.

    Note: With CDMA, you can't merge the calls if the second call was incoming.

    Starting a Conference Call

    To start a conference call: 

    When you are adding more contacts, the previous call will be put on hold.

    Repeat the steps above to add more contacts in the conference. With GSM, you can have maximum 5 people at a time, depends on your carrier.

    Note: You can't make a FaceTime call when you are in a conference call.
