What is Arthritis?
Arthritis is a disorder in the bone or anywhere specifically the joint. It's when the bones begin to have different painful feelings that are not normal for a normal joint. The joint is any place two bones meet. Its function in the body is to enhance the movement of the body and the connected part. There are six types- pivot, hinge, saddle, plane, condyloid, and ball-and-socket. Arthritis can be said to be the inflammation of the joints.
Most of the time, wherever you have Arthritis, you will encounter joint pain. Another name for joint pain is arthralgia. However, if the pain is involved in more than a joint, this type of arthritis is referred to as polyarthritis. When two or three joints are involved, it is referred to as oligoarthritis. And pain is in a single joint, it is referred to as monoarthritis.
Arthritis is one common joint disorder but a lot of people find it hard to understand. One of the reasons it seems complex is because one cannot attribute a singular disease to it.
