Preface
As this was being written, and typed, there are continued thoughts and questions of how to convey MENTFLEXX©, MFx™ MxF™. Knowing the wonderful, mental and physical attributes that are garnered from this simple process, then attempting to explain them. Seemed awkward of sorts. To witness so many others with gifts received at birth, totally unaware of the fact. And those laboriously, working on their temples, doing what is thought to be fruitful, beneficial for themselves. Yet, not knowing. Not to judge, nor intrude.
Something is always better than nothing, sometimes.
Still, in preparing this to inform others there is a different way, not to insult, but presenting the total opposite. Knowing, that if writing to inform others of this patented process, reading it was not going to provide how it is done. Still hopeful, that changing how Health and Wellness is viewed, by the individual, in the totality of the process. Thoughts of the excitement when introducing MFx™, MxF™. when it first started. Even now, the exhilaration is unexplainable.
The contentment it brings others, when the results are calculated.
Knowing almost thirty years ago, the benefits it unlocked.
Not knowing it was also a Purpose.
What was not known then and now, was how? How is this information going to be distributed to others?
How will others receive such simply conflicting information? These questions, as well as others have been asked, time and time again. Through the years, it has become quite apparent that those questions weren’t the ones that should’ve been asked.
Those questions begin to fade and were no longer a concern. Knowing the impact of the smorgasbord of benefits it has done and can do. Later, that it is Purpose. Seemed to outgrown those questions.
The purpose is not to show anyone with this writing, how to secure longevity of life, by no means would this even be possible. It is to inform, there is a process that will provide the opportunity of obtaining it. Using flexibility and stretching.
Developing great flexibility is one of the easiest tasks in athletics training. It takes little time and effort to get exceptional levels of it. Why then do so many people spend hours weekly, year after year, and get such meager results? There are several reasons for this. Some of them are:
---Wrong exercise.
---Doing good exercises at the wrong time.
---Wrong choice of training methods of developing other athletic abilities and skills which interferes with the development of flexibility as well as with the total athletic development.

This writing is not done in long fancy, three part words. Besides, those are readily available. Yet, the question of why this is not already?
Why haven’t those that use such words, already described and generated the facts and major benefits of flexibility? Concealing them for themselves maybe?
The object of all sciences, whether natural sciences or psychology, is to co-ordinate our experiences and to bring them into a logical system- the only justification for our concepts and system of concepts is that they serve to represent the complex of our experiences: beyond this they have no legitimacy. For it is not the words, it is the action. All, have a Purpose. This writing is to inform others, there is a process that offers, not only longevity, but an assortment of enumerable results and benefits to any individual interested in the gifts and treasures they contain.
A different way to get six pack abs; losing weight, increase endurance, balance. Basically, anything desired physically, can be achieved with a natural process. The physical aspect cannot be delivered through this written.
Although, this is how the path was created, obtained. Now distributed.
Giving dedication and respect to Mr. Bruce Lee and Mr. Thomas Kurz’s for guidance in words, producing the interest, the curiosity to pursue, thus reaching this final product. MENTFLEXX©, MxF™, THE FLEXX™ and ÀKATA™. Similar, to this writing. They do very little, when read.
The prelude to inform there is a natural way to lose weight and still fit in the skin.
Increase energy and endurance with little effort and willpower. Anyone can adjust and realign themselves to increase the longevity of life by approximately 20-35 years.
Although, it has been found reading how to, is rather difficult to do. This may not hold true for all; not all are the same.
So, how is it done? One may ask. That is the purpose of this writing.
The answer is, want. Want six pack abs, loss of weight, or to be ripped. It is possible. Why now?
One may ask. Noticed what is happening around you, as this is being read? With observance of what is happening without it. Now! Health and Wellness? This should prove the point of why, almost by design. The purpose of sharing it, to bring relaxation and focus to the only thing more important. That is, YOU.
This wasn’t going to be another how to book, it’s a story, a tale.
A Tao that informs the reader, all the information has been gather together to bring action. This is MFx™. It may be difficult to understand. It is hard to even consider it a book. This is also the point of writing it.
Those books are available. This would miss the point of unveiling such a unique system. Not that its intentionally different. As users of this process, knowing the impact it has, cannot be contained. Not apologizing for being different. Nor should anyone else. Difference has a reason, a purpose.
This could not have been writing any other way. Besides, with the other books and information. One shouldn’t need this. Should you? If some are unable to make it out. It is understandable.
With evidence of what has been written. Within oneself. Know that understanding is within reader.
The choice to follow that path, the answers, and understanding will be accumulated. This is not a fad; it has been in use for some time now. It hasn’t only changed lives’, it is life.
The life of the participant. It is you. Everything one is searching for, is within. As will be explained.
To present a process that is simple to understand, very positive with the results attempting to achieve.
There haven’t been any issues with the following disclaimer, when this process is performed as close to design as physically and mentally capable.
Easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle.
