What you wear is your choice. And it's normal. In a sense, that you aren't mentally deranged. But when you see it in terms of society, things can get trickier.
For example, there are certain norms. And expectations from society. Because that's what society means. So, if in the society you live in - you are expected to wear light colours as a guy then you will be seen differently when you wear bold colours.
How you behave yourself will be commented on, sometimes you will be mocked, and in worst cases, you can be beaten.
Although discriminating and beating is illegal in most societies, it is no good for you to fight after you have been beaten. The best way is to shift to a society where these things are acceptable. Or, have a no-care attitude. As long as you aren't doing anything illegal, you can have no care. And avoid any places where you might find extremists.
For example, as a guy society expects you to not wear a pink shirt. But wearing a shirt of any colour is legal. So you can go ahead and wear a pink shirt. But some people will mock you. Although they shouldn't. So your best bet is to avoid such people and places where you will be
