INTRODUCTION
Dealing with the surges of anxiety that seem to accompany going through a divorce can be really difficult especially if you are not used to anxiety. Anxiety can hit you at any moment of the day and usually decides to do so at the most inopportune times when you would really prefer your mind to be on the thing at hand.
Then, of course, there is the night when you wake up in a state and there is nothing to do but think which helps nothing as there doesn't seem to be the answer you want in the questions you are asking.
I hate to be the one to tell you, but this is normal emotional behavior for anyone in the divorce process. You are quite normal for having these feelings, your life has just been turned upside down and it is going to take some figuring out before you reach equilibrium again.
We're all the same, when it comes to grief, everyone grieves, and nobody is special, different or superman or wonder-woman. In the history of mankind, nobody has ever, not felt the pain and suffering of grief attached to a devastating divorce. Recovering from the scars carved inside the walls of your heart and the emotional wounds caused by the divorce takes a while to get over, however, time can fly by quickly with a lot of patience, love, and support. By hearing the true-life experiences, the sad stories of divorce and paying close attention to the examples used to conquer grief from other members in the group, you can learn some valuable information, useful strategies and priceless ideas on how you can surpass the misfortune and misery of your divorce and break up.
Even at the best of times, it's always difficult to handle everything that you endured to achieve, strived to accomplish in your relationship - your marriage that was once perfect and flawless and exhilarating - has now come to an abrupt end.
