In this book you will find the definition of word hygiene, which I hereby recommend having practiced it for years. Word hygiene means avoiding the use of negative words. This often results in a language that you are unfamiliar with: something new. In order to better illustrate which words in this book are defined in this way, I have crossed them out. This will allow you the opportunity to activate yourself and invite you to reflect on how many times you use words in your language which are not positive or do not swing positively – words which hold you down when used in a low-vibration network. Try to do the following with every crossed-out word: find a positive synonym, neutralize the word by using not, or use other energetically-refined paraphrases. Have fun practicing word hygiene, although this is far from fun and to be understood as extremely serious.

There is a certain similarity between the words of David Icke and the ones summarized here. Icke dedicates and sacrifices his life to the discovery of bitter truth with enormously comprehensive documentation. That does not affect most people, which is quite unfortunate.

I myself am dedicated to transforming the same truth in order to gather successors to the above. I am doing so by putting the truth into action; basing this on my own long-term experiences, exercises, etc. Am I even allowed to share what I know based on my own experience, my own knowledge and wisdom with egolessness and humility. Why am I writing this? It almost sounds like an apology – which it is not, because I am consciously writing this.

As an acceptance of information, what is written here relies on other interplanetary laws of spirituality and health that are based on the supreme God, harmony, truth, light and love.

Following my fiance to South East Asia, and then following my heart to a small non tourist town on the northeast coast of Bali is where I met my healing. This is also consequently where I met Igor I wasn’t even supposed to be there, but isn’t that how miracles often occur? Just 2 weeks prior I had left everything I`ve ever known to move to South East Asia from the United States of America; where I was born, where I grew up, and where I had lived my entire 37 years of life on this planet. That was until I followed Amanda to live with her for one year in West Java, South East Asia while she studied traditional Sundanese dance and music.

We decided to visit Bali first for a much needed vacation before heading to our final destination. We temple hopped, explored the vast landscape of beaches, rice fields and volcanoes, went snorkeling, feasted and got treated like royalty, and fell in love with this beautiful place filled with beautiful people. When our 2 week Bali holiday was nearing the end, something in my heart told me that it was not time to leave quite yet. I had the choice to go with my gut or go with my girl.

When it came down to it, I knew I had to stay. Amanda understood and we went our separate ways for a while. Entering the unknown, I hadn’t done something this heart driven and faith based since I moved to Santa Cruz, CA from Chicago, IL almost 3 years before. Similarly, I had chosen Santa Cruz having never been there before, not knowing a single soul, and not having a job or a place to live. It turns out that´s where I met my other half Amanda and what brought me to the very moment I am about to share.

You see, my heart wanted healing. I could have resisted, but I chose to follow it. Through my own spiritual journey I’ve learned that resisting is easy. And healing. Now that`s hard. Or is it? Often we look for healing outside of ourselves. Yet I believe that we are truly the only ones that can heal ourselves. Others can of course help us find the way. Even so, it’s still up to us to choose it. The last year leading up to being in Bali, I had been hurting. Hurting worse than I ever have in my life. I have written many songs about my heartache. Often transmuting the heartache into love and inspiration to bring the darkness to the light. This has been my therapy to release emotions. Somewhere along the way, this technique seemed to stop working. I was depressed, I was sad, I was tired and often felt like there was nothing left to look forward to, sometimes even with suicidal thoughts. Why was this happening to me? I was always known as the laid back, happy-go-lucky guy who had it all together and had everything to live for. What happened? I was living in a beautiful beach town in California, engaged to the girl of my dreams (who I create songs with in our music duo In Love), about to move to a tropical island in the sun to live for a year, and I still could not find happiness. What was wrong with me?

That`s when Igor appeared. Almost like it was out of thin air. Here I am sitting having dinner by myself at the homestay in Bali in the least touristy place you can think of. No one else in sight and along comes a friendly man talking about aliens, Tesla and numerology. This kind of thing just does not happen every day. Everything he said to me upon our first encounter was so intelligent, intriguing, positive and from a place of pure love. I knew right away that he was special. Not in the way that he was better than me or smarter than me, as those are judgements. Just special in the way that his way of being was the inspiration my heart needed to get out of the funk I was in and feel alive again. It was exactly what I was looking for, without even knowing what I was looking for, and I knew it was his energy that drew me in and brought me there. Or maybe it was our matching energy that drew each other in. We were talking about spirituality, discussing awakening movies and documentaries, and sharing what we were both up to in our lives.

During that time, he even gave me a holistic energy treatment. As a Reiki Master Teacher myself, I was completely open and willing to receive the universal life force he channeled into my body. What Igor did best was hold space for me to grow and get back to me again. Never judging. Always loving. A true miracle and my definition of true unconditional love. The emergence of the book

Through various messengers, I was constantly encouraged to write a book. But it was never the right time, never to be perceived by me. Always too busy (hamster wheel), I was a doctor working full-time in a hospital with two of my own practices. But once more I was encouraged to write this book. I met a man who is a well-known medium in Thailand and the only fortune teller who makes his prophecies in the High Society.

When he saw me, he said: "You have the star of planning. This year will be a happy year with new plans, with a new project. Start now – so God wills it. You believe in God, but you always need recognition. You love to teach, but you do not teach. You are clever, really clever. If you do something, you will always be a winner.

You cannot lose, your life is filled with mercy. If you have time to heal people, to teach, to perform mystical things, then you will have the power to do so. God has created you in the world. I also believe in God; I believe in all Spirit energies.

Do small things for yourself, but great things for others. Communicating with others is very important. Money is not important. You take from presidents, but not from the little people.

Sometimes you like being with people, but sometimes you like being without them. You will want to help and teach people. You have the life in your hands! Your brow has the light. People believe you. Sometimes people ask God for help and you will help them.

You‘re lucky. You will not die of cancer. The only thing that causes problems is headaches. They will come, the time is coming, the pain of the bones is coming, but rarely. Your bones are being cured by air. You can heal yourself with your thoughts.

I‘m not worried about you. You have a sacred guardian to protect you. We know each other from another time."

Guardian of the Light

I said to him, My desire is to be a Guardian of the Light.

He affirmed, In the near future.

Now I am sitting here, writing this book, which strengthens my energetic character. I construct myself mentally. One should always be open for the new and/or the better. The day before yesterday, I did not want to write a book. Yesterday, I started writing. Today, I am enjoying it. Maybe only to me the best is good enough as a numerological eight. This all sounds crazy to normal people anyway, as it would have sounded crazy to me years ago. Today, I see the meaning of it. Today, I can talk about the divine plan for all of us and what an enormous role it plays."

I could float through many pages like this – and it probably will be like that. I cannot be so bold and egoistical as to call it Conversations with God, but in a sense it seems like that. It‘s like a transfer of information, which means that I will pass on to you the received texts, formulations, and impulses. Everything which does not come back, I’ll be missing somehow because sometimes there are such nice phrases and they disappear… (they do not disappear entirely because they are stored in Akasha and Akasha is part of divine intelligence).

Are you wondering where the information is coming from? From positive or negative places? I myself know that I am receiving the information from a positive place. This must be enough for you. You have to be very careful if you receive information about where it comes from. If it is from different dimensions, and we think we know where from, we still only suspect that we know. Even today, you will not be able to better understand this behind the veil.

My near-death experience

After getting my diploma, I had worked for three years and was already pursuing my specialty in the most difficult sector of medicine: obstetrics (and gynecology). After a night shift, which I frequently worked for many years, I was driving home on the highway. As I tried to overtake a big truck in the middle lane, another vehicle was in my blind spot - a 15 km/h slow-moving object. He drove so that he was always in the shadow of the truck and thus invisible to me. I just did not see him.

All I had to do was switch from the left lane by driving out from behind the truck, so as not to miss the exit to the city where I lived in a small, rental apartment. I drove with high speed behind the truck into the right lane and thus directly into the other vehicle, which was a sort of digger. One second of consideration: on the right was a metal plank, on the left was the truck, and in the front was the digger with a backward lowered bucket, its teeth directed straight at my steering wheel level. What now? The situation was hopeless. I hit the brakes briefly, then I remembered judo (luckily I was not wearing a seat belt at this time), and I threw myself on the seat to my right with crossed arms above the head as a defense. Kaboom…

I rammed frontally into this digger at 130 km/h. The shovel hit the car through the windscreen and tore open the whole roof, like a tin can, just a few inches above me. From that moment on, this crash, my own near-death experience took place.

There is a recommended book (Proof of Heaven by Eben Alexander) from an American neurosurgeon who had not believed in something higher. Then after being in a long coma, he had gone through a complete spiritual journey into other dimensions.

He was awake again, healthy and believing, unclear to the outside world. He says that the brain does not create consciousness and that consciousness survives bodily death. I describe my experience in a few paragraphs and not in the long form for a book. But it was certainly an equally, similar experience.

Experiences of the type, life after death and similar statements have certain, funny similarities. If you pay attention, you can create your own conclusions. There is also an interesting story about a Russian man who had an accident where because of a drunk truck driver half of the car was torn apart with the occupant in it. This man was delivered to the nearest hospital, in pre-lethal condition, and received only basic emergency treatment without anybody believing that he could survive. This man describes how he met a high master somewhere up there who told him his time had not yet expired and that he should return to tell his own story. I will only briefly describe my experience here to fulfill the others wishes.

I was clearly taken over and transformed into another reality, maybe a second before the impact. I felt no pain, no fear, no negative feelings, as these had all been suddenly absorbed into a white, sympathetic, non-transparent environment. I stood, as usual and as a human, and in front of my eyes a short movie was playing, like an old movie reel - filled with certain scenes of my life - it was nothing negative or positive, whatever that means. The atmosphere that I saw was beautiful, wordless and immaterial.

Emotionally, it was beautiful, wonderful - I do not want to use the word beautiful too often, even though it‘s the most important thing. It was full of love. Every scene was summarized into a few seconds and I immediately recognized that each was different.

It was about seeing the scene again in a shrunken, different time-concept. As if in a zipped form, to consider and in a sense to empathize again, that if I could repeat the scene whether I would go through it the same or similar or completely different. There were many scenes of trivialities. In one I yelled at someone - today I would say, for no reason. In another scene, without much hesitation, I took a very heavy suitcase from an elderly woman‘s hand and helped her walk a very long way. Scenes where pseudo plus and minus were shown, but all in a soft, subtle way.

Somehow, I felt very nice to the point of unknown bliss. At the same time, I had tears in my eyes. I was not lucky enough to see any great master. I was not fortunate enough to promenade through other dimensions. But I was fortunate to be able to experience this little bit, which for me was a lot. Even if only for the most beautiful, soft, bright environment of this ambience and the entirely new, fascinating, interesting and unforgettable feeling of love. Nobody said anything to me. At the end of this frame-by-frame movie, without any concept of time, I just felt that it was not the time for me to go, yet.

The first time I woke up was in the backseat of someone‘s car (they had put me there to get me off the highway faster instead of waiting for an ambulance). I was in pain and in bloody clothes. I was able to feel and move my left leg, but the right leg, with the foot turned to the right, I could not move. As a young doctor I was certain, and this clarity is incomprehensible until now, that I had a right thigh fracture.

Low blood pressure, the smell of blood, the heat of summer, the air and the sounds of the freeway had put me back to sleep into my beautiful, soft state. Back to the white environment where there was no concept of space and time. I perceived myself as healthy, fine, and young. There, touching my own fingers, my own hands, was an unfathomable feeling of happiness.

The second time I woke up was in the central rescue station in the capital where they asked me what my name was. All I could feel was pain. I could not answer and just pulled out my ID card and sank right back into the white clouds. In a white, beautiful ambience full of love and so different, as you do not know it here. The third time I
