Maxi Luchini

At 19, Maxi Luchini, a native of Argentina, contributed to the iconic magazine Billiken, published by Editorial Atlántida. He later took his paintings and drawings to Barcelona, the city where he currently resides. He created and is artistic director of the collection Mamut, by Bang Editions, and created Illustration, the first Festival of Independent Press in Barcelona. He is the author of more than 50 books published by publishing houses in many countries. Most of the books have been translated to Chinese, Catalan, Italian, Korean, and German. His art has been shown in many exhibitions in Japan, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Portugal, France, and Argentina.
