Church's Nightmare

About this ebook
This book called "Angels and candlesticks" It is a reference to the letters to the 7 churches, which includes the pastor, the leaders, and all the members that comprise it.
In this writing we are going to try to make an analogy of a television program called '' Kitchen Nightmares '', hosted by one of the best chefs in the world, Gordon Ramsey; It is a program where the expert comes to the restaurants because the managers ask for their help.
The chef's first step is to try some dishes; almost always all dishes taste bad or undercooked. The chef continues going to the kitchen, where he checks the cleanliness, where he often finds some dirt; He then goes on to check the foods with which the dishes are prepared and throws away all those that are not useful. While checking the kitchen and food, observe the work environment and the treatment between employees. Later it goes out to the living room where the diner stalls are, the bar, and the place for entertainment.
To finish, all the cooks have to take training with the great chef, who also proceeds to change the menu, remodel the restaurant's decoration and finally, reopen it.
In this same way we will see Jesus visiting our churches, where the first thing he will do is sit down and listen to some of our preachers; from whom you will find thematic sermons, copied, unprepared, emotional and dead.
After listening to the different preachers, you will then go on to review the leadership. First, he will analyze each of the leaders to see if there is some hidden sin that is slowing their growth; Then he will identify the false doctrines that have infiltrated the church, to remove them from the roots. In the process, it will identify if there is contention, jealousy, division, or lack of forgiveness.
To conclude, when you go out into the great hall of the church, you will check the worship ministry and the art ministry.

Dedication
First of all, I want to dedicate this book to my Heavenly Father, who has helped me from before I was born and has given me much more abundantly than I asked for and expected.
Secondly, I want to dedicate it to my family, starting with my beloved wife Nancy Alcantara de Soto, my daughters Naarai Soto and Maryleisi Soto, and my mother Isabel García.
I also want to thank Pastor Janie Reyes and Luz en el Desierto Church. Finally, I give my most gratitude to all the followers of the Word Liberation ministry, who have been highly motivating.
