DEDICATION
This book is dedicated to my beloved
father, the late Martin Adeoye Adesanya.
Unfortunately, he was one who raised children
from more than one woman, but he left me
with a theater of spiritual battle to tackle.
To those defenseless people who are
being peeled, sliced, cooked, and
pounded like potatoes by Satan
and his agents on a daily basis.
In the mighty name of Jesus, Satan and his
agents will surely encounter divine thorns
whenever they attempt to consume you.
But now thus saith the Lord that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine. When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee. For I am the Lord thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life. Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west.
—ISAIAH 43:1–5
It may be asked, When a large, well-organized opponent is about to come to you, how do you deal with it?
The answer is that you first take away what they like, and then they will listen to you.
—MASTER SUN
Fighting against an enemy in possession of evil power is an enormous waste of time, energy, material, and financial resources. Stopping evil powers from working against you is the major avenue to victory. Cut off their source of power.

STANDING FIRMLY AGAINST SATAN
• Keep your mouth shut. Keep your tongue under firm and good control. Do not talk unless it is absolutely necessary.
• James 3:6, 8: And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. . . . But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison
(NKJV).
• Avoid responses to questions if that is the way to avoid exposure or telling lies.
• Do not expose your intentions, plans, aims, or objectives prematurely. Table them before the Lord God first.
• Learn to exercise extreme patience with people around you and everything you get involved with.
• Avoid doing things in a rush if a short delay will not put you at a disadvantage.
• Pray regularly and persistently. Do not rest on your laurels. The more you pray, the greater rest of mind you will have.
• Do not discuss your private affairs with people around you carelessly.
• Add fasting to your prayer life.
• Maintain the indwelling words of the Holy Spirit of God in your body, spirit, and soul.
ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
IWISH TO ACKNOWLEDGE my greatest beloved Father, the Lord God, for stretching out His mighty right arm to pick me up out of the dirt of the world and for washing me thoroughly with the immaculate blood of His begotten Son, the Lord Jesus, thereby setting me free from the yoke of sin and evil strongholds that have kept me and my family captive for sometime past.
I thank You, my heavenly Father.
NOTE OF WARNING
But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood
me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
—DANIEL 10:13
IWISH TO GIVE you, the reader, a very important word of advice. If you happen to have an enemy or enemies who are in possession of evil power, please ensure you adopt silent prayer as a way of life. Silent prayer is more powerful than loud prayers. Silent prayer is between you and God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, but loud prayers have unnecessary partners, such as enemies and friends.
If you pray aloud, you’ll simply give your enemies information about your wants and desires. If you want children and you pray aloud to God to give you babies, enemies will create disharmony between you and your partner, for if you do not come together, you can’t get pregnant. If you are looking for help, enemies will look for people who can help you and then put division between you and them. If you are asking God to help you in order to make progress, enemies will mount forces and evil weapons of hindrance, backwardness, stagnation, closed doors, and evil checkpoints against you.
You must learn how to keep your mouth shut most of the time. You must ensure you starve, deprive, and prevent your enemies from having access to information about you all the time. If you are going west, pretend to be going east; if you are going north, show tendency of going south. Be formless. With this, you can outsmart your enemies.
Chapter 1
SINS
And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou was naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
—GENESIS 3:9–11
THE ABOVE VERSES depict the beginning of problems on earth. Are you familiar with the word sin? The Oxford Dictionary defines sin as transgression of divine law; action or behavior constituting this; the condition or state resulting from such transgression.
If this definition is clear to you, then can a believer afford to play with sin? In this author’s opinion, the answer is an emphatic no, no, no. It is something to be avoided completely. It is something to be avoided like the plague because God Almighty commanded it.
The reasons why you must avoid sin or sinful acts are numerous. If you are living in sin:
• You cannot be a friend of God.
• You will never get answers to your prayers.
• Salvation will elude you.
• You will make yourself open to attacks from Satan and his army.
• You become a profit for Satan.
• Unclean spirits can easily inhabit your body and take control of you.
• You cannot lay claim to your divine inheritance.
• Satan will deprive you of any divine inheritance you possess.
• You will be open to evil magic, induced diseases, and death.
• You will experience destruction, hindrance, pain, stress, and anguish, either immediately or later.
The Holy Bible makes reference to the word sin from the Book of Genesis to John 389 times. If God makes it a duty to punish children and their children for the sins of their fathers from the third to fourth generation, then this should serve as a pointer to the fact that sin is not as simple as a three-letter word.
Our beloved God detests sin with perfect hatred. He cannot stand the sight of sin or sinful acts, neither will He stop you from committing sin. But once you commit sin, you will surely be punished. The Creator always warns His own children against sinful acts, and because of this, God Almighty gave us laws, rules, and regulations (all these, put together, can simply be called God’s commands). These are all stated in the Holy Bible to enable us live a Christlike life, a life devoid of sin.
WHAT IS SIN?
The moment or instance you go against or do something contrary to divine laws, rules, and regulations set out and commanded by the Lord God, you are already engaged in sin. Sin and sinful acts come in various forms and ways. It could be sexually related, a sort of contact between opposite sex or similar sex. It could be murder, the taking of life of a fellow human being directly or indirectly. It could be idol worshipping, whether physically or spiritually. It could be telling lies, stealing, malice, covetousness, anger, or misuse of the names of God.
Where anger, hot temper, and impatience are allowed to gain ground, violence is the ultimate result. Note that the word anger itself is one letter short of the word danger.
Then the LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why that scowl on your face? If you had done the right thing, you would be smiling; but because you have done evil, sin is crouching at your door. It wants to rule you, but you must overcome it."
—GENESIS 4:6–7, GNT, EMPHASIS ADDED
These are the questions the Lord God put to Cain before he committed an act of murder against his own blood brother, Abel. The questions were designed as a polite counsel and a deterrence to a crime in the incubation stage.
Are you aware that sex-related sin is what God detests most? The reason for this is that all the sins committed by man are usually done outside the body. But when a man commits sexual sin, he sins against his own body, and the human body is the temple of God.
In the beginning of creation, the Lord God spoke and there was light, heaven, earth, seas, and more. When God wanted to make forests and animals, He spoke to the earth. But when God wanted to make man, He spoke to himself:
And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
—GENESIS 1:26
God created man in His own image. He took time out to create man specially. We human beings actually came out of God. That is why when a man commits sex-related sin, he sins directly against his own body and the penalty is death.
In Genesis 18 and 19, the Lord God took time to come in human form to see for Himself the sinful activities of the people of Sodom and Gomorrah. And one of the major reasons He ordered the destruction of the city was because of sexual sins:
And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD.
—GENESIS 18:20–22
And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.
—GENESIS 19:5
That is the utterance of a wayward man or men who want to engage in sex with their male counterparts. To further guide His own children away from sex-related sins, God gave out rules in the Book of Leviticus, chapters 18, 19, and 20.
If God decided to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah because of sexual sins, then one wonders what could have prompted some nations to pass laws recognizing gay marriages between two men.
Wisdom will protect you from the smooth talk of a sinful woman, who breaks her wedding vows and leaves the man she married when she was young. The road to her house leads down to the dark world of the dead. Visit her, and you will never find the road to life again.
—PROVERBS 2:16–19, CEV
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits fornication sins against his own body. Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price.
—1 CORINTHIANS 6:18, NKJV
Sexual sin is so destructive that Satan usually employs it to destroy most weak Christians before they grow up spiritually. Many churches have been destroyed and defiled through this evil weapon. Whole governments of nations have been pulled down; companies and work places have been turned upside down; unsuspecting men of God, such as pastors, shepherds, reverends, and prophets, have been disgraced and brought to ridicule in public; even kings and highly placed public officials have been brought down through this.
Let us take a quick look at what happened to Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. The Lord God created and placed them in the garden with dominion power to manage the place, but with a caveat:
And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat; but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.
—GENESIS 2:16–17, NKJV
The serpent came later and manipulated Eve to eat of the fruit of the tree, and she gave part of it to Adam. After eating the fruit, strange things unknown to them previously started happening. They looked at each other, and the beautiful bodies the Lord God gave them became naked flesh in their eyes. Degeneration, perversion, and shame set in instantly, so they made use of leaves to cover their once-beautiful bodies—something goats, dogs, and horses will not do because they are not ashamed of what God used to cover them. When the Lord God came in the cool of the day, knowing full well that had changed in the garden, He made jest of them:
And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou? And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?
—GENESIS 2:9–11
With the response of Adam, it is obvious the man and woman are no longer ready to relate with their Creator. They ran and hid from God. Spirits of confusion, misery, disobedience, abortion, and defeat had set into their lives. The sin of destruction had entered their body. Satan robbed them of their dominion power. The couple that previously had the opportunity to relate
