There has never been nor will there be a time when we cease to exist. Energy and quantum information will always remain. However, the elementary particles can disappear because they are simply excitations of the quantum fields, which leave their state of minimum energy, that is, the vacuum of the respective fields, and invest the energy they borrow to create their associated particles. Matter is created in the fluctuations of the quantum vacuum. Most of the existing mass in the fluctuations of the quantum vacuum corresponds to virtual Quarks and virtual gluons that fluctuate frantically, that is, virtual particles that appear fleetingly and then disappear delivering the energy extracted from the adjacent regions.

The fluctuations of the quantum vacuum present the wave-particle duality. The waves of quantum vacuum fluctuations are energy that transmits information, so the universe is composed of energy and information and not of energy and matter. Any event that managed to evaporate all existing matter would not be able to make the universe disappear. In this situation, the universe would simply change its physical state, remaining intact the energy and quantum information stored in it.

The cosmos can not emerge from absolute nothingness. However, a new universe can emerge from the quantum vacuum. Before the Big Bang, some 13.800 million years ago, there was already an element in charge of modeling what the universe would be like after inflation. It's about the quantum vacuum, generator of matter and carrier of a huge amount of energy thanks to the contributions of the different quantum fields.

The origin source of antigravity inflationary energy is the scalar quantum field called inflaton. The inflatons were the only type of particle that was in the first instants of the universe. After the brief period of inflation, the inflatons were transformed into different ordinary particles that later interacted with each other to form a cosmic network composed of branched, finite and overlapping universes, all of them, with the same initial conditions and identical physical laws. Subsequently, the fluctuations of the quantum vacuum of the different quantum fields, inducers of the negative pressure that generates by the antigravity repulsion force, became one of the main factors responsible for the accelerated expansion of the universe.

At the beginning of inflation there was not a huge explosion. What happened was that after the Big Bang, the universe expanded from a minimum singularity to an astronomical size in a trillionth part of a second. Sometime later, nothing relevant happened because the universe was very hot and dense for something to form. After 380.000 years after the Big Bang, the temperature dropped, the particles grouped together, the photons managed to move freely without being absorbed by these and the universe was able to emit the first light that actually reaches us, through the cosmic background radiation, with information about the original composition of the stars.
