Scene 1
The deadly turns
In a small urban, a definite loving and considerate family of three feminine children, later gave birth to a manly kid.
Both parents were precisely animated that after a long age of waiting; finally they got a male child. The boy later matured and discovered that in the house; the walls were ornamented with more of his sister's images except his.
He assumed, perhaps when he matures to be an adult his parents will consider adding some of his portraits on the wall; however; they didn't.
Following his parents inconsideration; He begun to question himself why? Is it because they hate him or what?
Nevertheless he certainly couldn’t get answers from his queries and under no circumstances did he even bother querying from his parents.
For he alleged it could be that they didn't want to add his photographs for their selfish reasons.
He then decided on considering the fact that if he asks his parents; they will add his images, however; not because they want to, but just because he expressed his concerns about it.
The young man became covetous and jealous; he grew in hatred contrary to his parents and never was he affectionate of his sisters too.
He always locked himself alone in his chamber.
His parents could always call him out; he would come but with a frowning face.
It also brought so much concern to them because of his recent unusual behavior.
They decided to question him about it, however; he gave them a nothing is wrong with me
as a response.
One day his parents turned out to be ill and he was the only person in the house.
They asked for him to take them to the hospital but he refused, thinking in his mind; how can he offer assistant to people who have proven their hatred towards him since from childhood.
The illness of his parents became worse and by the time he realized that they were gravely ill; he then took them to the hospital.
Twenty minutes after they were admitted in, the doctor announced their death, for they were brought too late in the hospital and their ailment was critical.
The young man’s parents always put on necklaces with a heart object on it.
The doctor came out with the two necklaces they always put on.
He then disclosed the sad news to the young man and gave him the necklaces belonged his parents.
Both necklaces had one enclosed heart and while weeping; the young man decided to open it and behold! Both necklaces sealed off images of him written our only son
.
Seeing that; the young man was overwhelmed with grieve and pain, for just as he believed his parents detested him, he just discovered how much they loved him.
He cried out loud rushing into the ward where his parents were kept.
Getting there; he screamed mom, dad
and there was no response. The young man continued to cry and couldn't live with the regrets of ignoring his parents to death.
His sisters came back from vacation after they got the sad news concerning the death of their parents. They all wept in the sitting room and his sisters’ saw the need of them coming together as family.
They all came to kneel before their younger brother and said; "brother, long ago, our parents wanted a male child and just after they got you they decided on buying two beautiful necklaces convenient enough for them to place in your images while our own portraits remained on the walls.
It was a special thing for them to do.
Nevertheless we’re aware that you never liked us even though we are not attentive of how we offended you.
Now that our parents are gone; they gave 70 % of their property to you and to each of us 10 % ". His sisters continued to plead for tolerance from him, just in case they offended him unintentionally.
At least they wanted to make things right with him so they will become one accord. It was already late in the evening and after listening to their utterances; the young man couldn't respond to any of their expressions, he just stood up and went to his room.
He couldn’t stop weeping; knowing that if he took his parents as early as he could to the hospital, they would have survived.
