Richard Govier
Richard O. Govier (1928-2018) was a Protestant pastor and missionary and travelled the world in that capacity. He planted a number of churches as well as training pastors who served in Brazil, Chile, Argentina and across the United States. After his marriage to his lifetime sweetheart, Christine Ann Golfis, at the Bethesda Missionary College in Portland, Oregon, he attended extension classes at Pierce College and the Portland State college. Touched by the Latter Rain revival that began in the Northwest, the call of God rested continually on their hearts and they were forever seeking means of preaching the Gospel to their generation. They bought a small trailer and began an evangelistic trek across the United States, preaching in small churches that were open to the work and moving of the Holy Spirit. They criss-crossed the United States from Los Angeles to New York and finally settled down in Los Angeles where they both got jobs and attended a church in Long Beach, California. While serving in that church their son, Jeffrey Lee, was born on November 4, 1963.God had spoken through prophetic words that they would be going to a land whose language they would not understand. Going through a dry period in their lives, Richard loaded up a small tent and made a trip to Mount Palomar, to wait on God. After a week of prayer and fasting, the Holy Spirit spoke to his heart that it was time to fulfill the call to a foreign land. Richard, Christine, and Jeff, set out for Brazil. They had no financial support for this until the night they boarded the ship. God sent a local Christian businessman who committed himself to their support for two years, just enough time to attend language school. It was while attending the Brazilian language school that a missionary visited and introduced Richard to one of Brazil's most notable guitar players, who had recently converted to Christianity. Richard played with him on the banjo and the two began a ministry together that took them to Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. Richard taught pastors in afternoon meetings, while accompanying his Brazilian friend in large city-wide evangelistic campaigns in the evenings. After serving for ten years in South America, Richard and Christine returned to the United States, primarily to get Jeff into an English-speaking school. Richard pastored churches in York, Pennsylvania, and later in Brooksville, New Jersey. The family eventually moved to Florida where Richard went to work for Piper Aircraft and Page Avjet.Richard loved studying the word of God and, in his retirement years, wrote over thirty books about the unfolding revelations of God in human history. His son, Jeff, published these books one year after his father passed away.

About the Author
Introduction
It was some years ago that I first heard the word Conspiracy
applied to the economic system of the United States.
Like most people raised in America, I had full confidence in our system of government simply because of certain guarantees built into our economic system. I had the assurance that every dollar I put in the bank would be safe, for it was backed up by the F.D.I.C.
That was until I went to hear Ralph Epperson, a historian giving a lecture at the Hilton Hotel in St. Petersburg, Florida. Epperson was a graduate of the University of Arizona and, like the typical graduate of an institution of higher education, he felt that what he had been taught was the truth. That was until he began to discover, through much research, that history was being driven by an unseen hand
and not by accident.
We know that the Boeing Dream Liner did not come into being by accident, but was the product of many intelliGenesist minds behind the scene. Why should we believe that the history of nations is any different? Behind every community of peoples are ideals that have formed them, and these ideals were first formed in the mind of one influential individual. For instance, the Muslim countries of the world gather around the standard of Mohammed, while Christians gather around the standard of Jesus Christ. On the other hand there are nations that have gathered around some political standard e.g. Lenin and the idea of Socialism, or Communism. In every case an individual has given birth to an idea, and these ideas have driven history.
Jesus made it absolutely clear in His parable of the sower that there is a conspiracy at work in the earth. In his parable the Son of God is the sower of the good seed
- the Word of Truth. But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way
(Matthew 13:25). The devil always operates in darkness and ignorance, never in the light of truth. A conspiracy always operates in the night when men are sleeping.
When you wake up, it is only then that you see the damage done by the conspiracy. By then, it may be too late.
Ralph Epperson opened my eyes to the conspiracy that has been going on in the world for centuries and has completely dominated our educational system in America. On the other hand our Banking System has been taken over by a foreign cabal of International Bankers that have siphoned off the wealth of America through the Federal Reserve System. I was able to visit the very room in the Hunt Club on Jekyll Island, Georgia where the Federal Reserve System was secretly brought into being. It was sobering to see the pictures of these individuals that had betrayed the trust of the American people. In a single meeting they were able to mortgage our nation to a group of individuals that control the wealth of the entire world. All of these men were members of the hierarchy of the Illuminati (Myron Fagan).
I do not pretend to know much about this worldwide conspiracy other than what I have read in books written by individuals in government or positions of authority. I have tried to avoid books that are purely racist or have an axe to grind with the Federal Government. I have quoted extensively from such books as The Thirteenth Tribe, by Arthur Koestler, or The Life of an American Jew in Racist Marxist Israel, by Jack Bernstein. But most of all, I value the words of Benjamin Freedman, the adviser of Middle East Affairs, and the confidant of several Presidents. He was an eye witness to the takeover of America by the Conspiracy. He was a prophet who lost his fortune denouncing the evils of Zionism and whose words haunt us to this very day. He not only predicted the outcome of Two World Wars, but the coming of a Third World War with the Muslims. He had the eye of a Seer who, like an Old Testament prophet, denounced the evils of his age (even the evil intentions of his own race, the Jew). How can we fault the Jew, when he has been the strongest voice to speak out against the conspiracy, even though it has been to his own detriment?
For reasons like this, I have not attempted to write much about the conspiracy, for I do not feel qualified, especially since I am speaking as an outsider. I have presented this information as research notes on the Conspiracy and not as my own findings which would be second-hand to say the least. But I have written much about Zionism’s influence on Christianity, which is more in keeping with my own body of knowledge. The teaching of John Darby, popularized by the Scofield Reference Bible, has been a major concern of mine. It distorts the true meaning of Holy Scripture and places Christianity in a position of subjugation to Zionism.
The Conspiracy has reached the point in America where nothing but a divine intervention from God can turn it around. A new Genesiseration has grown up that no longer cling to the ideas of our forefathers. The Conspiracy has accomplished what it set out to do: destroy the strength of Christianity in America. And I believe that much of it is due to a lie promoted by the teachings of John Darby that the Christian Church will grow weaker and weaker until Jesus comes to rescue it, at which time Israel will become the head of the nations. If this is true, then the Church founded by Jesus is a failure and Jesus is a liar for did He not say upon this rock I shall build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it
? The truth is the teachings of Darby have stripped the Church of its mission to the world and made the future rapture of the Church and the return of Israel to Palestine their primary objective. While this doctrine has advanced Israel’s position in the world, it has had an adverse effect on the Christian Church in America and the society which it represents.
I know how controversial the subject of Israel is to Christians, especially Fundamentalist Christians that literalize Old Testament prophecies concerning the return of Israel to their ancient possession in Palestine. What they fail to recognize is the part that the Khazars have played in the history of Judaism. The ancient prophecy of Noah, May God enlarge Japheth, and let him dwell in the tents of Shem
(Genesis 9:27) has certainly come to pass by the conversion of the King of the Khazars to Judaism (more correctly, Talmudism). The Ashkenazi Jews today use the
