Hello, I'm Connor Whiteley, I am an 18-year-old who loves to write creatively, and I wrote my Brownsea trilogy when I was 14 years old after I went to Brownsea Island on a scout camp. At the camp, I started to think about how all the broken tiles and pottery got there and somehow a trilogy got created. Moreover, I love writing fantasy and sci-fi novels because you’re only limited by your imagination. In addition, I'm was an Explorer Scout and I love camping, sailing and other outdoor activities as well as cooking.Furthermore, I do quite a bit of charity work as well. For example: in early 2018 I was a part of a youth panel which was involved in creating a report with research to try and get government funding for organised youth groups and through this panel. I was invited to Prince Charles’ 70th birthday party and how some of us got in the royal photograph. Finally, I am going to university and I hope to get my doctorate in clinical psychology in a few years.

PROLOGUE
PEACE.
Can peace ever be enteral?
Can peace ever last?
Can peace ever be human nature?
The answer is no.
Humanity has always been a foul, violent race.
Ever since they crawled out of the oceans and developed into primal apes. They have been monsters.
So why should time change this?
It shouldn’t.
Ever now, events are happening.
Alliances are being made.
Oaths are being broken.
Worlds are burning.
The Age of Peace is over.
The Age of Peace is dead.
The Age of Peace will never rise again.
For now, a new threat shall rise and purge the galaxy.
A new threat will rip the galaxy-wide open. Exposing all of the universe’s truths and secrets.
Few will survive this new conflict that will make the Order seem like a small illness that can be easily eradicated.
Soon the galaxy will know true pain, suffering and anguish.
Yet there is hope...
Some foresaw this great war and decided to intervene.
Slaughter and an unknown species sacrificed themselves for this war.
However, this war will engulf all and all will die in the end.
Will this one sacrifice be enough?
CHAPTER 1
ROARS OF PEOPLE SCREAMED in Garro’s ears as he stood proudly on a stage surrounded by distinctive, inspiring people.
Now as the Head of the Security Services for 40 years, Garro had decided with much reluctance to attend the Festival of Life on Luna 6.
The Luna system was in the far galactic south-east of the Milky Way and it was a very unique system as after The End Times and the subsequent year-long Crusade of Recovery when Garro arrived with his fleet in the Luna system only expecting to find ruins.
The expedition found a fully working colony upon Luna 6.
This planet was the only sliver of humanity besides earth still alive in the galaxy.
The population was malnourished, weaken and traumatised but they were human.
They adapted.
They learned.
They survived.
Ever since that day when Garro rediscovered this lost pocket of humanity.
Every year on the anniversary of that faithful day, the citizens of the Luna system had held the Festival of Life to celebrate their hope of survival and their appreciate for the Magi for finding them.
However, to Grand Master Garro’s dismay over a third of the population were now Faithful.
Their twisted ideology in worshipping the Magis as gods irritated Garro as he had been hunting more and more cults dedicated to the God Magi in recent years.
Especially, as their actions got more and more violent.
Something or someone was inspiring these people to become fanatics and threats to the republic.
Grand Master, eastern and northern sides are clear,
a Secret Service Agent reported with cold contempt.
Affirmative, remain vigilant,
Garro replied, still feeling uneasy.
Smiling in his helmet, Garro glazed over the hundreds of billions of people below the stage.
The surrounding areas of the capital were elegantly bright, glassed and crystal forged. Highlighting that this was a new age for the citizenry of Luna. This was their time to shine and rise out of their Age of Darkness.
Yet Garro couldn’t help but sense there was profound darkness here.
The city was built on top of kilometres upon kilometres deep underhives were billions lived and worked in the cold, wet conditions of these hives.
Garro had quickly visited these hives earlier in the week and his suspicions were confirmed.
These hives were breeding grounds for foul human Cults that prayed to the God Magi for deliverance and help in destroying the wealthy and their oppressors.
The Grand Master remembered this one area that he covertly broke into and observed strange flayed bodies used as seated and décor. Human skin used as clothing and one singular strange mark that roared with magical energy carved into all victims and even some of the cultists that Garro later killed.
It was a strange, unnatural mark but Garro still knew it.
It was the Mark of the Magi but in more a simplistic and twisted form.
No longer was this an honourable mark. A force of good. It was now a symbol of death and religious fanatism.
In his rage had Garro slaughtered these Cultists that dared to mutilate his Order and his family.
Turning around the Grand Master looked over at this fellow peers on the stage.
Many vitally important figures had come to show their support for the Festival of Life as a way of showing respect to this unique pocket of humanity.
The Lord Commander wore heavy and lavish golden Angel armour with pure white silk hanging from him. Making him look honourable and angelic. Symbolling that he was the Chancellor’s Angel of Death.
The Sibyl stood proudly on the stage in her mighty black Ciarog armour wearing a black Iarannthan mask.
She actively waved and admired humanity for their resilience as well as power.
Nevertheless, Garro sensed in her deep shame and sadness- as now she was the last Sibyl. The rest had been killed over the past 40 years by various means.
The Grand Master had excepted some sort of new Cabal behind it but there was no proof.
Now the Sibyl was alone in this effort to rule not only one race but two races.
Garro even sensed her future was unwritten as even Time didn’t know what would happen to her or her races.
Once the Grand Master decided to use archaic means in an attempt to find out the answer.
Yet Time was being difficult, but it said two options. The Ciarog will rise and become leaders of a divine age or they will fall so far that even Time will forget them.
Lastly, to Garro’s right were three planetary governors from Luna 4-6. These mortals were heroes of their system.
It was these three people who lead their people to destroy the Order that dared to attack Luna 6.
They inspired millions to rise up, embrace death and fight for their home.
Garro,
the Lord Commander graciously gestured towards the crystal column on the stage that acted as a podium.
Agents is the area secured?
Affirmative, Grand Master,
two agents replied.
Looking upon the billions of happy citizens below him, Garro started: Citizens of Luna 6, it was 40 years ago today that I led an expedition to rediscover the Luna system. I was excepting ashes and corpses. But you proved me wrong. You showed me that humanity can survive. You showed me that courage and selflessness can defeat anyone. So, let us remember this for the end of time- that the human spirit is the most powerful thing in the galaxy! To Life! To Freedom! To The Republic!
Immediately, the crowd erupted into a defeating scream of celebration.
Garro left the stage feeling empowered.
Pouring himself a glass of wine, Garro listened to the Planetary Governor of Luna 4 speak.
In a fatigued as well as age ridden voice, the Governor uttered: My fellow Citizens, the Grand Master was just being humble. The truth is that the God Magi lead Garro to us. Through the Divinity of the God Magi our sacrifice, our suffering and our Faith was rewarded. If we remain faithful then we will always be protected, and the God Magi will guide us!
The Governor continued for another ten minutes with his fanaticism.
Garro’s blood began to boil.
Interesting isn’t it? How a year or two of isolation can cause humanity to go back to religion?
The Lord Commander said to Garro over their helmet communication.
"I care not for their zealous. They can be religious for all I
