About this ebook

Inca had a new target now. She held out her specter and made it become a double-sided silver sword. She was running towards the wooded area just behind the battlefield. Her silver crown appeared on her head, her yellow pencil-like hair had been waved from the wind. Her silver armor and sword was shining with the generous rays of the blue sun. Her ice-blue eyes were darkened and locked on target. She was chopping down the cwiests one by one with her sword and trying to reach the torques, who were behind battlefield and led the battle from there.

Meanwhile, the leader of the cwiests' four-legged teams had liberated himself from the grass and began running towards her. He fired with all the guns he had. Inca, who easily fended off the bullets and missiles that came to her with her sword started to look at her with great anger. "Come on, you bastard!"

She changed her way and started running towards him at speed. When there were three meters between them, the creature leapt towards her by screaming. Inca also leapt from where she was, cut the creature's mouth with one side of her sword, chopped his entire body in two pieces and went down on her feet to the ground.

Rise of the Soul Keepers - Jacob Corewill

    - Dedication -

The characters and events created in this story are completely fictional. It has nothing to do with real life. I present this story to the spectacular writers and directors that I have read their stories and watched their films for years, which have influenced my imagination and dream world and took me to wonderful lands.

    Prologue - Blue Sphere Energy

IMPETISIUM, WITH ITS most basic concept in the universe, means the energy of formation. These energy formations, which are unknown where they came from and how they formed, are in the shape of a large sphere and have fixed their place in the middle universe depending on each other. The entire sphere, which is dark blue, is like a ball of energy, and there is constant movement from the surface to the inside. When viewed from the outside, shapes that look like constantly moving clouds can be seen on them. This outer wall is actually meant to protect the impetisium crystal, which is located in the core of the sphere and reflects every shade of blue.

These crystals, whose number is unknown in the universe, are like living organisms. These crystals, which are connected to each other by invisible energy, have actually surrounded the middle universe like a spider's web and kept it in balance. Its energy prevents the formation of black holes in infinite space. The dimensions of time and space do not mix, and life forms can sustain their lives. The energy particles separated from these energy spheres eventually encountered the heat spheres and formed the blue suns. As the crystal drew the energy to itself, these Suns approached the spheres and moved with them, but in very few of these formations survived, while in others the energy sphere melted the sun and merged with it.

The energy spheres stayed together with the blue sun are the oldest and largest. They are called the cornerstones of the middle universe. In their regions, new solar systems have appeared and new life forms have formed on the planets in these systems. These oldest spheres, by their very nature, tried to preserve this structure and controlled the energies of the nearest life forms. If this energy is malignant, they chose to stay away, if it is benign, they made a telepathic connection with these life forms, showed them what their mission was, the secrets of the universe, and gave them the opportunity to use their own energy. These life forms, while using this resource for themselves, have realized how important this energy and the crystal are to the universe. This led them to the path of protecting these spheres, and they considered themselves the Guardians of the Middle Universe.

The task of these guards, consisting of a different race in each system, was to keep under control or banish the evil races that the sphere felt to them in their system. That meant they had to be capable of fighting against all forms of life in the universe. While the crystal was choosing its own protector, it was also evaluating this trait, apart from the character.

The Impetius LV sphere, one of the oldest of these spheres, eventually found its own blue sun, formed the LV solar system, with nine planets merging with it around it. Solemnia, Calinsmania, Necria, Influxio, Abysmal, Metadexo, Rice were in this system. Also there were two more planets that would be called Swarx and Kalium in near future.

In the Solemnia Planet, there was a modest, underdeveloped but hard-working species. Calinsmania was a planet of dust and its surface was covered with white sand. It was not known how it formed. Necria was a planet whose outer shell was a dangerous land, with mountains everywhere and living creatures in it. Influxio, on the other hand, were now empty and terrestrial planets, such as the planets Kalium and Swarx. Abysmal was home to the middle universe's most dangerous but harmless creatures as long as they weren't disturbed. Metadexo was a small planet with a dense black substance like slime on it. Finally, the Rice Planet was half covered with land and the rest was water. The land looked like an apple, which was eaten middle part.

The sphere of Impetius LV was one of the largest and perhaps the most important of the cornerstones of the universe. The sphere remained in the middle of these nine planets with the blue sun, allowing them to take the form of a circle around.  Through their chosen guardians, the sphere created gateway between these planets so all the planets and the sphere became connected by gates. The closest and largest of the planets to the sphere was the planet Solemnio.

The planet Solemnio had become a wonderful planet with nature and creatures formed on it by the influence of the blue sun. It created a habitable layer of atmosphere on top of it, which shaped the seas with nature of rainbow colors underneath. The planet, by its very nature, took its heat and energy from the Blue Sun. Night and day temperature differences were minimal and always had a mild climate.

When it was night, the light of the blue sun would be reflected in the sphere, which would illuminate the planet with bright blue rays of ice like a night light. At nights, when they watched the sky, they were looking at the magnificent view. The creatures that lived here were sympathetic and friendly. The most intelligent species of these, the Solem race, lived in the cities of Imput, which they created for themselves and built mostly on the shores of the sea. These cities, which tried not to disturb the order of nature, were established in two regions close to each other.

The nature of Solemnio was remarkable for its incredibly beautiful vegetation. This land was a visual feast with the yellow countryside, the red and purple flowers, and the rainbow forests that mixed every shade of blue, red, pink and green. A few species lived in these forests, but they were all peaceful animals.

Of these, the cat-like mortillos were with large wings as colorful as butterflies, with a bright yellow body and twenty centimeters tall. They were the friendliest creature for the Solem people. The Solem people used the mortillos to communicate and transportation.

Almost every house had a mortillo. One of the other creatures, the fat, pigeon-like birds carried every color of Solem nature on their bodies. The Tree Pitruns whose one meter tails were in rainbow colors and they used it for travelling, were feeding from the trees. The Solem people, on the other hand, were feeding from the sea and the vegetation in nature.

They would hunt fishes between fifteen and twenty centimeters, living beneath the seas. These fishes' skin was a mixture of blue and red colors. At the same time, all the vegetation found in their nature was also of great importance to nutrition.

The Solemines, who could live up to four hundred years, had oval, large, wonderful eyes, small, upwardly rounded cute noses, small, thin, and upward pointed ears, whose facial shapes resembled humans. This species, each of which had a bright hazel color, was divided into two gender, males and females. Between a meter and a half and two meters in length; their bodies were thin, shaped and their skins were dark blue in color. The lines of the females were much more oval than the males and had extensions falling on their shoulders. Each of the extensions on their heads was thick like a pencil, in the area where they should have hair. These were usually light blue in color, and rarely yellow or green. Men had much shorter version of these extensions. Solemines were with two hands and two feet. Their hands and feet were small compared to their bodies and had four fingers.

It was their specialty that they were so fast. They did everything very quickly. This would also make their mentality work at the same rate as fast. Their language was very relaxed and nice. Like their works, their conversations were very fast. If you were an outsider and you were looking at their city life, you would have felt as if the recorder's fast-forward button had been pressed once.

In the Solemines gathered in two separate regions, those living near the seaside was working on fishing, while those living in the inland cities was working on agriculture and exchanged their products at the market in the big city of Imput in the middle. The city of Imput was established right in the middle of the forest with its huge temples all around it and with its market for three hundred thousand people. Solemines, whose total number is six hundred thousand, came to these temples every three days according to their beliefs, performed rituals for the sphere, lit candles and meditated. It was believed that the Sphere created the universe and should be protected at all costs.

That's why the sphere chose these people as their guardians. The faith and positive energy within them was so intense that it should protect them, develop them, and give them all its resources. But after that happened, they had to choose to be a guard as voluntarily.  The Solemines felt this positive energy inside them and they willingly accepted to be a guard.

When the first of the chosen Solemines, who saw the crystal in his dreams, awoke, he had gone deep into the forest, ten kilometers from the city center, and stopped at the very center of the planet. The attraction force of his mind brought him here. Where he was standing, suddenly a two-meter-wide round passageway appeared waving transparently in the air, and when he came in through this passageway, he came into a wide space where dark blue fog masses were moving on all sides. That's when he first saw the bright twenty-centimeter tall, cube-shaped crystal that was hanging in the air and reflecting every shade of blue. It was as if the crystal was calling him and talking to him with its energy.

His firm belief in the sphere had brought him here, and he wanted to protect the crystal with his life. When the young Solemine approached the crystal and touched it, the Crystal surrounded his entire body with its energy and gave him the power to protect the universe for his long life. He was the first guardian whose eyes were closed when he left his hand, and by the time he opened his eyes, he had passed the first stage of being a guardian of the universe. His eyes were bright ice blue, like the light of the sphere visible in the night sky. He had begun to build the temple of the guard in a large area not far from there. Over time, the guards were chosen, increased one by one, and they built a large guard temple.

When the guards contacted the crystal, they had acquired some powers, but none of the guards were aware of them. When the temple was finished, the guards, some of them female, began to meditate together. There was an energy coming from within them and they were discussing how to direct it.

Hurry Up, You, Bunch of Shits!

ONE OF THE SMARTEST among the crystal guards was a female and her name was Inca. She had ice-blue eyes, yellow hair like the Solemnia countryside. With sideways white stripes under her eyes, black-dotted tattoos that stretched up like a dome on her forehead, and red, downward tapering stripes on his dark blue skin that stretched from her arms to her wrists were showing that she was one of the land natives. For the sea natives, the stripes on their faces were going downwards and another blue eye was drawn on their foreheads.

She had a keen interest in research when she was a child. She lived a quiet life in a modest home with her mother, father and brother. Due to her extreme interest and curiosity towards all living things in nature, at a younger age she had a cute mortillo with colorful wings and yellow eyes, whom she promised to always be with in the future.

She was getting up early every morning, cleaning her mortillo, then going for a walk in the rainbow forests together with him, and exploring the soil, living things and the sky in a region near the middle of the forest. She had a duty to bring the fruits of nature to his family. She was climbing trees, watching the pitruns play with their tails from branch to branch for hours, and she was enjoying it.

The Inca, who was also very keen on the colorful fish living in the sea, would sometimes take his brother with him and be guests on the boats of their elders who were fishing and thus had the chance to watch life and creatures in the Solem Sea. Her peers all played together, but she got tired of these games and wanted to be more in touch with nature. Her parents realized that she wasn't like the others and that there was something different in her, but they didn't show her that they knew this.

Time was passing fast. She grew, matured, and she began to go out at night. At night, she was going to the center of the forest, climbed trees that were taller than others, where she studied the sky, observed the shining stars and the sphere. She felt the ice-blue rays of the sphere go deep into her heart. As she looked at it, she felt a growing love and joy of life for every living thing in her. She became increasingly attached to the sphere, as if she was possessed with its magic.

As she studied the stars, she realized that they changed at certain times, but in general they were in certain places at some points, so she started to draw out star maps for herself. What she wondered most was whether there were other creatures living in these seemingly infinite numbers of stars.

The Solemines were a community that their faith was so firm. Some of them devoted themselves only to the sphere and chose a path that included constant worship of it. Others were engaged in agriculture or fishermen. The Inca's brother had chosen agriculture and managed to build a giant garden with his own team. The Inca, on the other hand, had not adopted either way and had begun to see the crystal in her dreams at night.

She went back to the woods where she went every night. She no longer took his Mortillo with her, leaving him at home to help his brother. She fell asleep by looking the sphere above of the tree where she climbed.

Something was poking her under her arm. While she was looking towards who was poking her, she fell out of the tree and fainted. While she was he falling, she saw two black creatures she had never seen before in her life. The creatures had muscular and developed bodies under their black skin, had two arms and two legs and their tails was fifty centimeters long. The two black horns were slightly visible above their heads. Their crimson eye pupils, and the hideous smiles they wore on their faces were the last thing on the Inca's mind.

They poked me. Yes, yes, yes! I do remember. They poked me with long pointed sticks in their hands. Then, then they made me fall out of the tree She slowly opened her eyes by thinking about it and began to come to her senses.

When she looked around, she couldn't see anything.  There was a thick white fog around her and she couldn't even
