It took me a long to discover the truth. On the journey, I have chased fame and money because I thought it was an answer to true happiness and joy. I tried to exercise a lot to have a perfect body because I thought girls love guys in good shape. Every time I manage to achieve one goal, I discovered something was still
missing. Finally, I found an answer, and I would like to share it with you now. These are tips for physical and mental health, and these tips should lead you on the right path. I talk about the benefits of nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, and yoga because I believe all these things are essential for living a happy and healthy life. I also talk about what is extremely bad for our health, such as
sugar, plastic, and so on. We need to know how each food affects our body and how much to eat. Eating healthy is not enough. We also need to understand how to save energy. We are continuously
thinking, most of the time, nonsense. So we drain up our strength. That's why we need to practice meditation and mindfulness. In general, eating and drinking shouldn't be our concern at all, but unfortunately, it is today for most of us. As one great Greek philosopher Socrates once said: "Worthless people live only to eat and drink; people of worth eat and drink only to live."
